Very standard hotel and maxing location but services and room were dated and not spacious. Too crammed and it’s a hotel for business travelers for a hop in hop off tour.

Haven't received back the security deposit.

Great boutique hotel close to 6th Ave. and an easy walk to Bryant Park and Times Square. Trendy decor. Front desk staff member assisted with a problematic car service which was greatly appreciated. Only complaint is dim lighting in rooms.

The room is too small, the lighting is too dim, the bathroom door cannot be kept open, you can hear music at night, and the front desk said it was not played by their hotel, but they are the only hotel in the building
