Great boutique hotel close to 6th Ave. and an easy walk to Bryant Park and Times Square. Trendy decor. Front desk staff member assisted with a problematic car service which was greatly appreciated. Only complaint is dim lighting in rooms.

Generally speaking, the sanitary conditions are acceptable and the service attitude is good. The bed is relatively comfortable, but the room is small.

Front desk, bar staff attitude is very good, although the room is small, the facilities are complete. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city, making it easy to go out.

Super helpful and efficient front desk. Speedy and available elevators, even to upper floors. Great location - convenient to lots of things and also seemed safe. Room was small but typical of NYC. Very stylish! Rooms could be better lit.
