A bit too expensive for me. Shower was so weak. The window cannot protect outside noise especially traffic and construction noise even though i stayed at 24th floor.

I have tried to call your front desk 3 times to chase a refund on a duplicated payment system which on 7th March.(571GBP)
I was staying at your hotel from 3rd March till 7th March.

I have stayed here a number of times and generally am quite pleased.
This stay was sub par. The computer systems at the front were down the entire stay resulting in extended time to check in and check out. Tthey promised to call once the room was ready and that never happened.
And, if that were not enough, the HVAC system in the room did not work making for a bad night of rest.
I will rethink returning to the Park Lane.
