It's very close to Chinatown and not far from NYU. The accommodation is ok, quite quiet, and the sanitary conditions are good. Because of the UN meeting, accommodation in the Isle of Man in New York is too expensive.
I searched for this hotel on a redbook. When I first arrived at the door, I thought it was a dirty and messy street, but it was actually a very clean, smart and comfortable hotel. It is an 8-minute walk from the main shopping street of sohh, and takeout can also be delivered. Breakfast is served with a cup of coffee and a bread (optional type). Croissants and chocolate croissants are recommended. They are very delicious and can be heated by the staff.
I stayed for a total of 7 days. It was clean and hygienic. The bed was very comfortable, soft and refreshing. The room was also equipped with a Bluetooth speaker.
Before booking, check the room type and cleaning service in advance, and choose according to your needs. There are also family rooms.
It is really a treasure hotel, highly recommended.

Located opposite Columbus Park, convenient. The room is small. The room is fully equipped, but the cold air conditioner can't be turned off when checking in. The front desk service was very good and the heater was delivered in time. It is understandable in a place like New York where the land is inch gold.

GGuest UserThe facade on the first floor is actually a BAR, the front desk is hidden in the corner, and the elevator is even narrower. Arriving in New York at night, I walked around the building twice to confirm that this is the hotel entrance. After going upstairs, the corridor is narrow and surrounded by dense rooms on both sides, and the room is even narrower and compact when entering the room. It is very similar to a budget hotel, and it has nothing to do with a four-star hotel. The room facilities are simplified to the extreme. There is no refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine or other facilities, no wardrobe, only a few hangers on the wall, and the desk is a foldable desk-sized table. Because the room faces the inner side, there is no city view. Compared with other cities, housing prices are quite expensive. It seems that this is the consumption in New York.

JJulia MariaThe room was as shown on the website. Even though it is a bit small which is normal for New York standard, it is clean and offers everything you need. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and nicely build. However, we needed to wait a bit for hot water in the evening.
The breakfast buffet offers a variety of basic food and drinks.
The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions properly.
