It is close to our exhibition...breakfast included...
The surrounding area is quite convenient...relatively the room is relatively large...
Compared to before...the front desk and the room have been renovated...
Room was not very clean, hair was found on the pillow and sink upon arrival. Location is great for walking around places of interest, restaurants or taking the public transport. There’s a nice bagel shop round the corner of 8th Ave, W 24th St which is awesome. View from the room was good too!
The location is super good, just across the street from Maddison Square, there are many shops to eat and buy nearby, and Times Square is only a 15 minute walk. Manhattan's central location is very good value for money at this price point. I booked a double room, Queen size bed mattress is softer, I personally no problem. The facilities are acceptable, after all, it is a big brand hotel. Will consider staying next time.

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.
Great location with various metro lines nearby, very friendly staff, abundant breakfast more salty than sweet, the room was made up every day, fairly satisfactory cleaning, not very big room but we only went there to sleep, in our bathroom we had bottles with all the quality body and hair products, definitely if I returned to Ny it would be my first choice
The location of the Holiday Inn is excellent. It's situated between Sixth and Seventh Avenue, making it easy to walk to the subway station and Times Square. The hotel rooms are not large but they are clean and tidy, and they come with a safe and a hairdryer. Breakfast is free and includes fruits and juices, as well as bagels, cupcakes, and nut bars. If you're in a hurry, you can also take it to go.
The most unforgettable person for me was Ms. Nadine. She helped me get back the passports for me and my family. I forgot to take the passports out of the safe when I checked out, and I only remembered when I was about to leave New York after spending the whole day out. I rushed back to the hotel and, in my panic, I told her the wrong room number. Ms. Nadine was very patient and compassionate; she let me go up with her to check. At that moment I found out I had given her the wrong room number. I am truly very grateful to her. I will stay in the Holiday Inn again.
This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York. It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.
This is a very good location, although the surrounding environment is a little chaotic, but whether it is by subway or bus are within 5 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, the facilities and conditions in the room are higher than expected, especially walking Hmart Asian supermarket in 7 minutes, not far from Koreatown, can save the stomach of our Asians
The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the Empire State Building, Times Square and other attractions. There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby. The front desk service is very good, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy.
- When I checked in, I was a little embarrassed because the Indian spoke English too fast.
- I couldn't understand, so I got annoyed and a little nervous.
- So it was very uncomfortable, but the staff I met the next day for 10 days were the most kind.
- The breakfast was also very delicious, and it was close to most of the attractions, so it was a satisfactory trip.

Great
BBubuThe hotel is very new, 2 minutes away from the High Line Park, there is a mall, it is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun
AAlex.FMLocation, all that matters.
Staff was great, helpful, and kind to help us all the way. Especially the person at the door with whom I had a very personal and meaningful conversation.
Fireplace in the lobby, next level spot for your socials.
Breakfast is not really my thing. European taste (even Australian one) is very different from local US ones. It's good to have, but around, there are always options.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good. It is equipped with a coffee bar and a restaurant. It is very convenient. The front desk is very friendly. The room style is a bit industrial, which is very distinctive. The overall cost performance is good
ZzZzZzzzZzhThis hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan, right next to NY Penn Station which has trains to both JFK (on the LIRR) and EWR (via NJTransit). My room was pretty small, but it had everything I needed. Everything appears to be clean. Staff were friendly and had me checked in and out quickly. I was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon checkin.
GGuest UserThis time, I ended up in a room where, despite having windows, hardly any light from outside came in, making the room very dark. It was a standard double-bed room, but the size of the room was sufficient. I was disappointed by the front desk staff, as their responses at check-in and to other inquiries lacked a sense of kindness.
The rooftop bar was very lively, bustling with many customers every day. The restaurant and bar on the first floor also had good food and drinks, and the staff were pleasant.
There seemed to be many young guests, and it was very noisy at night with people being loud in the hallway and their rooms.
YyidamMaybe it's to cut costs, the service is very simple. There was only one towel in the bathroom when I checked in. The front desk was nice and sent someone to deliver it immediately. But no one cleaned the next day, which saved me the $5 tip. Breakfast is mainly scrambled eggs, bacon rolls and small cakes, and the drinks are more diverse. You have to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The location is super good, with Madison Square and Penn Station just outside. The transportation is extremely convenient. It only takes 40 minutes to get to Kennedy Airport by Changchun Railway Station and Changchun Railway Station. It is also very convenient to take the train to Newark Airport in New Jersey. The room is not big, but it is very cost-effective for a single person to stay for a short period of time, and the deposit can be refunded quickly. Also, please note that not all rooms provide free wifi.
YYICHENSend your daughter to school and choose this hotel. The transportation is very convenient, very close to TJMAXX and MASHALLS, you can buy cheap and good quality goods. The hotel has a guest lounge, although no breakfast is available, but there are free coffee, pastries, boiling water and microwaves, as well as free computers and printers. The front desk is very welcoming, and also helps with luggage. It should be said that the price is very high. I will choose it next time.
