Cleanliness: The hygiene is basically flawless; it's exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff are also wonderful, highly recommend them. Service: The service was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the laundry room attendant was also excellent."

The room was clean and tidy, the ventilation was good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was high, and the corridor was quiet and not noisy. "This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."

There are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far to the Love Song Square, offering excellent views of Kangding's nightscape. The front desk staff were welcoming, the restaurant staff replenished breakfast promptly, and the housekeeping staff were very polite. Overall, this hotel is excellent and highly recommended!"
