"Facilities: Our room was upgraded for free to a family room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated with a large bed and a smaller one – super convenient. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Ambiance: As soon as you step into the hotel, you're greeted by a very classic maximalist decor. Every corner is a perfect spot for photos. Service: The hotel called me while I was still in Kashgar to confirm details, proactively upgraded our room, and even sent a fruit platter. Their hospitality was exceptional. They even gave us a box of Hami melons when we left. Definitely worth staying, and the price was reasonable. The only downside was that we left too early, so the pool wasn't open yet. Hope to come back and stay again!"

The hotel itself is upscale, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. "Booked 4 rooms for this specialty homestay and looked forward to staying. The booking page marked check-in at 16:00, we arrived at nearly 19:30, and the room was not cleaned up. The staff proposed to arrange for us to transfer to the Hilton Hotel. Although the conditions were good, we made a special trip to the hotel and were unwilling to change the room type. After the standoff, I waited for a long time in the cafe to check in. No one assisted with the luggage during the arrival process, and all the large luggage was carried by myself. The welcome fruit included in the order should have been placed in the room in advance, and it was urged many times before it was delivered at 11 o'clock in the night. Objectively speaking: the decoration of the homestay building is very distinctive, the internal facilities are brand new and beautiful, and the environment is very photogenic. When leaving the store, the store took the initiative to prepare a souvenir, and it can be seen that the attitude of actively making up for it afterwards. The overall stay experience is large. I hope that the store will reasonably control the check-in cleaning time limit, respect the choice of guests, and do not directly guide the guests to other hotels when the listing is tight. "Very nice! There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby to eat and buy stuff. It is also reasonably close to the 吐鲁番北station. Aircon is impressive, able to keep the room cold enough even though it's quite hot outside. Room is spacious enough, and comes equipped with an AI assistant that responds to ”小度，小度” - this is honestly the first time I've encountered this and it was quite innovative. Service staff are friendly and responsive, and provided for all my requests. Overall was a very good experience that greatly exceeded my expectations."

"這家是2025年新開的酒店，有兩處貼心亮點：房間配備一次性酒精濕巾，還貼心提供了桌面小垃圾桶，日常使用很方便，細節做得比較到位。整體衞生也非常好， 但整體入住體驗落差很大，入住期間遇到多處問題： 1. 前台辦理入住排隊等候時間偏長，整體辦事效率一般。 2. 浴室蓮蓬頭出水量不大，水流分叉、四處散射，影響洗浴體驗，很難讓我相信是剛開業半年左右的酒店。 3. 房間兩扇窗户均存在漏風，當晚吐魯番風力較大，風聲明顯，對於睡眠淺的會比較休息。（換到南向房間好很多） 4. 初始入住房間空調製冷效果一般，長時間開啟室温難以下降；後續向工作人員反饋後更換了房間，新房間空調效果正常。 5. 電梯按鈕安裝位置偏低，一樓大堂樓層按鍵位置偏下，按一樓需要彎腰操作。 6. 地下停車場手機信號差，聯通、電信基本無信號。 7. 攜程平台明確標註酒店配有充電樁，提前致電前台諮詢，被告知充電樁目前尚未安裝，平台訊息和實際情況不一致。"
