"I checked in around 9 PM on July 5th. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and attentive. The hotel itself is upscale, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service auntie in the breakfast area was incredibly polite and kind-hearted; I saw her immediately wipe up a spill on the floor to prevent guests from slipping, which I really appreciated! This auntie deserves a big thumbs up! Plus, it's super convenient to get to Turpan Night Market from the hotel."
"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with every corner thoughtfully designed. The pool and sand therapy area are huge, and there's always a lifeguard on duty at the pool. My only complaint is that I noticed some trash and cigarette butts in the sand therapy area, which definitely needs addressing. Our room was upgraded to a very spacious one, and every design detail was clever. Plus, the upgraded room type came with a washing machine! They also provided disposable toilet seat covers and bath bags. I also have to mention that the welcome fruit platter was incredibly generous, and most importantly, the cantaloupe, watermelon, and grapes were exceptionally sweet – it really showed the hotel's genuine effort, not just a perfunctory gesture. Finally, a big shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. Turpan is great, and the Wyndham is definitely worth staying at!"
"Suitable for people who drive, not suitable for public transportation, the surrounding area can take a taxi, the bathroom is the same large room for the bathing toilet urinating, it is really difficult to wait for the bathroom in the morning, there is no dry and wet partition. The quilt is creaking in the quilt, there is a lot of static electricity~ It’s too dry, two three- or four-year-old children are lively and moving, and it’s very lively to play games in the public area~"
"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my two-week business trip in Xinjiang. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The breakfast, in particular, was abundant and delicious. The cleanliness, facilities, and service attitude absolutely blow away hotels like Hanting Premium and Home Inn. It's Hilton quality at a budget hotel price – the value for money is incredible! Plus, you can even rent traditional ethnic clothing for a free photoshoot. I was so impressed, I just had to write a separate post about it on Xiaohongshu!"
"This is a must-stay hotel for the whole family! Convenient transportation, super cool underground parking garage, and the hotel front desk staff are incredibly attentive. The receptionist upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary breakfast! Hahahaha!!! Awesome!!!"
"This is a detached white villa in the villa complex. Hua Jun stayed there for one night and found it to be more cost-effective, so Yu Shi stayed here for the second night. It was clean and hygienic, and offered sand therapy. The owner was very nice, and the receptionist was very friendly. It was truly a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Turpan."

"Treasure B&B dug during the trip to Turpan! Must be five-star praise. The store is very enthusiastic, sending freshly picked grapes, rich fruit, sweet taste. There is a children's swimming pool in the courtyard. When the weather is hot, children can play in the water and instantly disperse the fatigue of the journey.
The overall courtyard is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and convenient parking, which is very suitable for family travel. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the experience exceeds expectations, highly recommended!"
"Booked 4 rooms for this specialty homestay and looked forward to staying. The booking page marked check-in at 16:00, we arrived at nearly 19:30, and the room was not cleaned up. The staff proposed to arrange for us to transfer to the Hilton Hotel. Although the conditions were good, we made a special trip to the hotel and were unwilling to change the room type.
After the standoff, I waited for a long time in the cafe to check in. No one assisted with the luggage during the arrival process, and all the large luggage was carried by myself. The welcome fruit included in the order should have been placed in the room in advance, and it was urged many times before it was delivered at 11 o'clock in the night.
Objectively speaking: the decoration of the homestay building is very distinctive, the internal facilities are brand new and beautiful, and the environment is very photogenic. When leaving the store, the store took the initiative to prepare a souvenir, and it can be seen that the attitude of actively making up for it afterwards.
The overall stay experience is large. I hope that the store will reasonably control the check-in cleaning time limit, respect the choice of guests, and do not directly guide the guests to other hotels when the listing is tight. If you are a tourist who punches in a special homestay, it is recommended to confirm the listing with the store in advance."
"A truly excellent hotel (in Turpan, in my humble opinion). First off, the facilities are new and well-equipped. The front desk staff are highly professional, warm, and attentive. 👍🏻👍🏻! The security guards at the entrance are great at guiding cars to parking spots and are also very professional, taking excellent care of guests. 👍🏻👍🏻. The only minor inconvenience was running into a tour group at breakfast... you know how it is. But still, this hotel absolutely deserves a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you for your service and effort."
