My only regret is that I drove 550 kilometers just to stay one night and then had to rush back to Chongqing the next day, so I didn't get to explore the scenic area at all. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. There's a food street right across from the hotel, so dining is super easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangguoshu. On our first day, we entered the park around 3 PM, avoiding the peak crowds. We visited the Great Waterfall, Doupotang, and even got a bird's-eye view, and there weren't many people around. On the second day, we woke up early and took the sightseeing bus to Tianxingqiao around 6:40 AM. It was very uncrowded, and there was no congestion at all. We had finished our visit and returned to the hotel by 9:30 AM. This off-peak travel strategy was fantastic. Huangguoshu Waterfall is definitely worth a visit; it's truly magnificent. The hotel's excellent location also contributed greatly to our experience."

"This hotel is excellent! It's very close to the attractions, and the service is great. It's a new hotel with good facilities. I specifically chose this one because it's right next to the scenic area and they offer a VIP shuttle service to the Huangguoshu Falls entrance, which is super convenient. All the staff members are very friendly. The front desk attendant who checked us in was lovely, and especially on the day of check-out, we needed to get to the First Tourist Center. We had used the VIP shuttle service on previous days, but when I called to request it for check-out, the car wasn't dispatched. I'm not sure why it worked fine the two days before but not on the last day. I explained the situation to the front desk, and a young man there, after understanding our predicament, immediately consulted with his supervisor and arranged for the hotel's own car to take us to the First Tourist Center (since I was traveling with my parents and it would have been difficult with luggage). I particularly want to thank the staff member named Tian Di; his attitude was excellent, and he was able to help us solve an unexpected problem, showing great initiative. Both hardware and software are crucial for a good hotel, and Manxin Mansion is fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!"

"I highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to the visitor center, about a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and fruit stalls along the way, making it very convenient and affordable. Thank you to the owner for upgrading our room; it was spacious, incredibly clean, with a separate shower and toilet, and a smart toilet. The whole-room quality control system and the huge TV solved the problem of the elderly not being used to using a projector. Since our itinerary wasn't too tight, we decided to extend our stay for another day, turning our one-day trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall into a two-day in-depth tour. A very satisfying stay."

"Amenities are great. Tv allows easy screen mirroring from mobile phone. Laundry room is free to use and you can scan the qr code to monitor the progress. Location is ten minutes walk to the attraction entrance. There are eateries and convenient shops around. The noodle shop right beside was great. The big waterfall was an awesome experience especially since I booked the Shui Lian Dong access."

The homemade food the owner cooked was really nice, though I forgot to take pictures! 😂 The decor is great, I really liked it, and I highly recommend this place. Oh, and the hotel is very close to two night markets near Huangguoshu Waterfall. One is just a two-minute walk from the door, and the other is a bit further, about a five or six-minute walk. We went to the one that was a five or six-minute walk away because the owner said there were more choices there, and they even recommended a delicious BBQ place to us. Highly recommended!"

Because you want to enter the scenic spot early, the boss sent us to the ticket hall at 6 o'clock in the morning. Let's talk about the strategy of visiting Huangguoshu. It is recommended to stay here for two nights and play about 1:30. The scenic spot is divided into steep slope ponds, waterfalls, and Tianxing Bridge from the near and far. It is recommended that the first morning of the scenic spot opens the door and jumps over the steep slope pond and goes straight to the waterfall. After playing in the waterfall for about two hours, take a sightseeing bus to the Tianxing Bridge. After playing the first half of the Tianxing Bridge, if you don't have to queue up and the physical strength is OK, you can go on the second half. If you are tired or there are many people, it is recommended to go directly out of the scenic spot and return to the homestay to rest, and leave the second half of the Tianxingdong until the next morning. On the first day, wait until about 4 pm, you can enter the scenic spot again, and then go to the steep pond slope. At this time, there are not many people. After playing for an hour, don’t rush back at the exit of the steep pond slope. You can go to the opposite road and go to the Great Falls Full Landscape Observation Deck. After watching, you can end the first day of the trip. The next morning, it is recommended to open the door at 6:30 and go straight to the second half of the Tianxing Bridge. After arriving at the Tianxing Bridge, you can ask the staff how to go directly to the second half, and you can skip the first half. The second half of Tianxing Bridge must be gone. I personally feel that the most spectacular waterfall in the whole scenic spot is the Silver Chain Falls. The most worth seeing waterfall must be gone. After watching it, you can go back to the hotel to rest and check out after almost 9 o'clock, and end the trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall."
