As for the room, the floor cleanliness was really lacking. The AC was cold, but there was still a lot of dust near the desk area and on the bed. Also, I found the lighting to be insufficient, especially in the toilet closet area."

For business trips or short vacations, I think this hotel is highly recommended because it's convenient and strategically located. Overall, my stay was pleasant. "Excellent facilities and beautiful decor. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is also well-appointed with amenities, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and varied, with plenty to choose from. For me, the only thing missing was dairy products like yogurt. The staff were very kind, attentive, and looked after the guests, helping with everything they could. This is actually an exclusive boarding house, and there is a shared kitchen available. "This hotel is strategically located right next to Blok M Terminal. There's a minimarket next to the hotel, and street food stalls are just down the stairs. Trendy culinary centers in Blok M are also just a few steps away. The room was clean enough and had no strange odors. The bed, sheets, and bathroom were comfortable and very well-lit. From the basement to the lobby, it was quite dusty because it's still under construction. So, if you have dust allergies, be prepared with a mask. However, once inside the room, it was fine. The elevator is also used by construction workers, so be ready with a mask when outside your room; this might be a bit uncomfortable. Also, I'm someone who prioritizes security before sleeping, and I felt a bit nervous because the room key is only an automatic door lock. There's no additional security like a chain lock, which made me uneasy about someone else with a key card suddenly opening the door. I had to line up my luggage behind the door. Perhaps the hotel could add an internal security lock to each room. Other than that, staying at Shankee is excellent value for money, especially since the hotel is still very new, so everything in the room is brand new."
