It is conveniently located for sightseeing in Kamakura. The building is a three-storey detached house. There is one room on the first floor, a living room on the second floor, and three rooms on the third floor. 【Transport Access】 5-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway ‘Koshigoe Station’ 9-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway ‘Enoshima Station’ 7-minute walk from Shonan Monorail ‘Mejiroyama-shita Station’ 15-minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway ‘Kamakura Kōkō-mae Station’ (next to Koshigoe Station) Approximately 350m to the sea (about 5 minutes on foot) Free parking for 2 vehicles (subject to vehicle type) This is an exclusive rental property. You will not be sharing with other guests or the host, so please rest assured. Our property is intended for guests seeking a peaceful stay. We kindly ask that guests planning late-night parties or noisy gatherings refrain from booking. Please understand this in advance. ・Regarding use of the balcony To avoid disturbing neighbours, please refrain from holding parties or loud conversations on the balcony. ・Smoking The entire interior is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. ・Even if you do not actually stay overnight, you will be considered to have checked in. Therefore, refund requests for this reason cannot be accepted. 【Important Notes】 ・As this is a quiet residential area, shouting or holding parties is prohibited. Please enjoy a peaceful evening relaxing. ・Barbecues, fireworks, and loud conversations after 21:00 are prohibited on the balcony. ・For consecutive nights, cleaning and linen changes are not provided (please use the washing machine and cleaning equipment provided). ・Please sort your rubbish according to the instructions on the bins. If rubbish is not sorted, a separate cleaning fee may be charged. When the bin is full, please dispose of the rubbish in the rubbish stocker in front of the entrance.
