"I had an absolutely superb stay at this hotel! The place is incredibly beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived until checkout. The atmosphere is calm and very family-friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool. They have separate pools for adults and kids, and both were very clean and well taken care of. My family and I spent a lot of time there—it was relaxing for the adults and fun for the children. The room was comfortable, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which made it easy for us to truly rest and enjoy our time together. What surprised me the most was the price. It was very affordable for such high-quality service and facilities. Staying here with my family was totally worth it—we felt satisfied in every way."

"Room overall is good and spacious. Value for money. However the door lock for my bathroom is broken and can’t be locked during bathing leaving the gap. Even though I inform the reception but no one take action for the 2nd day. In the wash tub, a hand towel , hand detergent or soup and rubbish bin should be provided. The gymnasium is good with excellent view and if can offer 24 hours and it will be a credit to guest. One unsatisfactory thing was that I have left something memorable to me but hotel is not flexible to send back even I requested and agreed to pay the courier charge as I have left Ipoh."

"A very attractive luxury hotel in the heart of Ipoh. The breakfast menu was appealing with plenty of choices. Enjoyed the pool facilities both day and night while taking in the beauty of Ipoh city."

"This is a very new hotel that has just opened. The layout of the room/unit is wide and spacious. The bathroom is however split between the toilet and the shower. It can be a bit small for that matter. Other than that it is a very good place to stay."

"Honestly, the room was really small, probably around 10 square meters. It was clean though. However, there's still a noticeable renovation smell, both in the hallway and the room itself. The air conditioning in the room vibrated all night, making a loud noise that kept me from sleeping well. There are food stalls not far from the hotel, so eating out was decent. I only stayed one night before moving somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. There are many Yibao hotels, but only a few have high ratings, and the price for this kind of setup felt a bit high. Next time we travel as a family, I'll definitely book two standard rooms. At least then we'll have space to move around; in this one, there wasn't even room to turn around with the whole family in it."

"Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used."

"Very unpleasant experience. I would never book this hotel again. Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe. There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it."

"Had a really nice stay here! The room was comfortable and well-equipped with aircond, fan, and water heater .The owner was also very kind and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant 😊 Love that they have cooking facilities, a BBQ area, and a swimming pool 😍 Perfect place to chill and have a small family day with loved ones. Definitely recommended!"

"Location easy to lookout.. totally new place.. but not too difficult to find From check in to parking, please straight proceed to parking then access back door for Check in. Booked two rooms with 1 bathroom. Toilet and shower are separated. The small rooms really quite small and can be stuffy. Beds are rather single bed, not super single. Another main room still oki with queen size. But window facing garden. soundproof kinda bad. Big room facing garden - children runnning and screaming, small room near lift can hear the lift 🛗 sound. While toilet flushing and door can be disturbing for light sleeper. Disappointed with the ants (last two pics) come on way to the toilet bowl. Downside - no bedroom shoes The property rather new and near by has famous insta worth cafe :)"

"After a very positive first night here, as a solo Thai traveler in Malaysia, I felt this hotel was so much like home. I felt safe and comfortable staying here, which is why I decided to stay a third night. Initially, after two nights, I considered changing hotels, but after thinking it over, I felt this one was the best. Although it might be a bit far for some, there's a bus stop right in front, just a short walk away. There are also restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers a sense of freedom with plenty of space downstairs to use. Plus, the air conditioning in the room was very comfortable, and the bed was so soft that I slept soundly. If I have the chance, I might stay here again in the future"
