I have encountered an issue with room 818, specifically the shower and sink area. The water is not flowing properly."

"Location in city center. Short walk to The Store. Opposite the famous Pusing Seafoid restaurant. Basement car park is provided. Ample oarking space. Room and beds are comfortable. Floor is a bit dusty. SK Magic water dispenser is provided at the lobby. Nice and cosy lobby. Carpet needs to be vacuumed properly. Breakfast is good. Wide variety. Super value! Highly recommended."

The amenities were excellent too: the room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for both of us. The food throughout our stay was delicious, and the hotel even provided a complimentary supper, which we truly appreciated. Another plus point is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it extremely convenient for us to walk around and explore without needing to drive. "Our stay in Impiana Hotel was nice and wonderful. We were treated by the concierge staff and front manager with in a very friendly manner. The room was spacious and well equipped. The coffee house serve good food. Overall the services provided by the hotel was superb."

"Great stay. You get what you paid for. They even provided toothbrush which I did not expect. There was a construction site just beside the hotel which may cause some noise. And there is no hair dryer in the room. Other than that no complains."

"I stayed at this new hotel in Ipoh for two nights. It’s located just behind the AC Hotel and directly opposite Ipoh Parade, making it a very strategic and convenient spot. All the popular eateries are within a 15-minute walking distance. The room is spacious, more like a studio; very clean, and pleasantly quiet. For a one- to two-person stay, it truly feels more like a home than a hotel. The staff are friendly. While there doesn’t seem to be regular room service or housekeeping, you can request assistance at the counter. Overall, highly recommended!"
