Hygiene in buffet for breakfast was poor, with flies in the fruit and salad. - Front desk staff not very supportive or helpful."

"THe location is fine, a bunch of local restaurants are next to it, as well as convenient stores. The other side , there is a huge shopping mall, which is a good place for shopping / food. Not far away from Train station as well as the city centre. What you need is the APP Grab , and 15mins. Breakfast was included in our booking, and the food was fine; there were more varieties on Sunday than Monday. The swimming pool is pretty good. If you go there by 7:30, you can enjoy the stunning sun rise view. Overall, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Ipoh for few days."

"Pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the top 12th floor! This floor offers exclusive complimentary afternoon tea with both sweet and savory treats, accompanied by local coffee. Unfortunately, we were out all day and missed it. We also didn't get to experience the infinity pool on the 13th floor. The hotel is centrally located, connected to a large shopping mall, and you can easily walk to popular attractions in the old town like Mural Street and Concubine Lane. It was very convenient to walk back in the evening, and there are plenty of authentic local eateries nearby, offering a lively atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and being on a high floor, it was quiet. Service was prompt, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. If you're visiting Ipoh and want a comfortable stay while easily exploring the sights, I highly recommend this place! 🏙️☕ Great value for money 👍"
