Courtyard Newark Downtown

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good Really good, a great hotel. I'll definitely book again next time. I really like this hotel; it's clean, the rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent.

After checking out on August 8th, the hotel charged my credit card $30. I called the front desk, and they told me it was for parking. I didn't even drive there. They transferred me to Hudson Parking, the parking company, to file a complaint, but no one answered the call and the call was disconnected. Furthermore, the hotel is in a deplorable environment and I wouldn't recommend staying there. I wonder if Ctrip will address this issue?

I've stayed at the Courtyard in Colombo before and it was great, but this Courtyard is not the same as the other Courtyard. There are small shops all around, the speakers are very loud, the soundproofing in the room is poor, all kinds of noises are very noisy, it's hard to open the window in the room, the bedding is very average, there are no slippers, I don't dare to walk around, I usually don't write reviews, just want to remind my Chinese friends
