This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool...in reality, there's only one. The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. The wifi was weak...I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport...I had to argue to keep mine. The passports and invoices are not secured...they are just behind the reception desk. Either of these issues by itself is not a problem, but combined, I felt was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. It's just my opinion. 3 stars seems more appropriate.

Everything was OK, except maybe little bit boring breakfast: fruits are not good, meat is finished to 9:00, coffee and tea are cheap and really bad.

Приехали в отель около 12 часов дня,заселили без проблем,хотя думали будем ждать заселения до 14:00.Расположение отеля хорошее, завтраки хорошие ,вокруг много кафе,магазинов,фруктовых лавок,голодными не останетесь.В целом впечатление от отеля осталось положительное,соответствует цене-качеству.

Просторный светлый номер с огромной кроватью. Уборка каждый день, полотенца тоже меняют. Набор с зубной пастой и щеткой, шампунь, гель для душа, мыло. А вот отсутствие шторки в ванне расстроило, тк после каждого приема душа всё вокруг было в воде. Тапочки не одноразовые, но это видимо во всем Вьетнаме так) Завтрак каждый день был разный, некоторые блюда иногда повторялись.
