An extremely nice hotel. The rooms are huge and the beds are soft. It was a nice distance from the beach as you can walk there in about 3 minutes. Many restaurants and shops near by!

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').

It's actually really good, I mean, the best in all services! The location is also very strategic. I'm not a 'walking' person, but here, i can keep walking as much as I want to visit all the famous recommended places online. The staff are very friendly and kind, not to mention, very sweet people. The food is the best! Anywhere you want to go, food is really a hot topic to be discussed about. But worries aside, the food here is very delicious and you can request the food you want (to Muslim who want to stay here). So overall, I rated this hotel 10 out of 10!

The hotel is near the beach. We were greeted coolly, only a couple of the staff at the reception spoke English. There were no pleasantries in the form of a welcome drink or help with luggage. Here is a key card (by the way, they only give one), then you are on your own. The room is large with a sofa and armchairs, clean, with air conditioning. The towel, bed linen and bathrobes are snow-white. The bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi. The room turned out to be the biggest plus of staying here. There is a safe and slippers. A beautiful view from the 26th floor of the sea. True, there was tea and noodles in the minibar, but there was no kettle... Fruits as a set, thank you. The breakfast is very mediocre, it began with searching for clean dishes, then searching for food that had not yet run out. Food was delivered, but half of the food is aimed at an Asian audience. You will not go hungry, but you will not get pleasure. There were fruits. If you have a choice, book without breakfast. There are shops and cafes nearby where you can have breakfast. The hotel has very dim lighting in the corridors, which gives it an old, gloomy look. Judging by the ash in the bins near the elevators, they smoke in the corridors, although it is prohibited. But apparently this does not stop the Chinese (and there are many of them here). If a lot of people gather on the first floor (and the hotel has 40 floors), then you can wait a long time for the elevator, despite the fact that there are 8 of them. But it seems that only 1 is going at a time :) Overall, the feeling is that the hotel is not 5*, and the staff is not enough for the number of guests. For a couple of days, no more.

I'll start with the most important and to the point... 1. CLEANING the room, the carpet in the room is not cleaned at all. The room was cleaned twice and twice I found trash in places accessible for cleaning. People smoke in the common corridor, it smells of cigarette smoke, I think this is the norm here. The room is cleaned, taking into account the nuances described above - very satisfactory. 2. The ROOM is tired, the kettle does not turn off when boiling, the sockets are loose, not all the light bulbs work, because these are INCANDENT bulbs) one card for the whole family, that is, you have to go everywhere together ... some kind of nonsense ... 3. The pool is on the 6th floor, small, a child can swim, but it is better on the beach nearby. 4. BREAKFAST is meager, we arrived at 8.30, that is, an hour before closing, there is no food, nowhere to sit. All tables are occupied, there are no mugs for drinks, we found plates on the 5th try.... drinks are incomprehensible, orange juice (as it was indicated) turned out to be some strange diluted substance... breakfasts are tailored for Asian guests. And also, no one will ever tell you about breakfast until you ask about it yourself, where and on what floor we found out only on the second day. Comrades from the Middle Kingdom greatly help to dispose of breakfasts. 5. STAFF speaks English extremely poorly... as an option, use Google translator, it is simpler and more understandable. Of the pros - a large area of the room, 2 rooms, large beds, 2 bathrooms. We can say that this covers all the minuses of the establishment. 6. In the end, you can stay here only as a backup option, if there are no other places.

A good hotel with clean modern rooms and convenient underground parking. Nearby is the Okeanus complex, where mostly Russian speakers live. Nearby, in trailers and cafes, they sell inexpensive Russian cuisine. The only downside is the lack of balconies in the rooms. And it's hard to call this a downside. Breakfasts are not bad, but there is not enough variety, perhaps this was due to the fact that the hotel was sparsely populated, literally 25 percent, apparently that's why they didn't bother with breakfasts.
