An extremely nice hotel. The rooms are huge and the beds are soft. It was a nice distance from the beach as you can walk there in about 3 minutes. Many restaurants and shops near by!

Fantastic value, including a free upgrade. Newly refurbished and very comfortable. What a shame so many small aspects of the hotel are below par for a five-star hotel: - internet consitently very bad in room - Aircon not on in corridors and reception - swimming pool not accessible for adult fitness swimming: it has lanes across for kids, for 24hrs (although I saw no kids). - very cheeky policy on bottled water: two paid bottles in the fridge are the same cheap brand as the free water outside the fridge. Easy to make a mistake and pay high price for bad water. It's sad that hotel management play these tricks for a few thousand dong; it makes guests feel they are being manipulated. - a number of staff wer unable to understand even a few basic words of English (like 'toilet' or 'egg').

It's actually really good, I mean, the best in all services! The location is also very strategic. I'm not a 'walking' person, but here, i can keep walking as much as I want to visit all the famous recommended places online. The staff are very friendly and kind, not to mention, very sweet people. The food is the best! Anywhere you want to go, food is really a hot topic to be discussed about. But worries aside, the food here is very delicious and you can request the food you want (to Muslim who want to stay here). So overall, I rated this hotel 10 out of 10!

The hotel is near the beach. We were greeted coolly, only a couple of the staff at the reception spoke English. There were no pleasantries in the form of a welcome drink or help with luggage. Here is a key card (by the way, they only give one), then you are on your own. The room is large with a sofa and armchairs, clean, with air conditioning. The towel, bed linen and bathrobes are snow-white. The bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi. The room turned out to be the biggest plus of staying here. There is a safe and slippers. A beautiful view from the 26th floor of the sea. True, there was tea and noodles in the minibar, but there was no kettle... Fruits as a set, thank you. A good hotel with clean modern rooms and convenient underground parking. Nearby is the Okeanus complex, where mostly Russian speakers live.
