Overpriced!

The room only had hot air but no cold air. ************ called and complained but was just sorry. They changed our room after we changed to a Japanese one.

This was my third time at the Alps and it was great. The only person at the front desk was a little concerned about her customer service attitude. The rest of the place was very good.

It's been a while since I last visited Hakuba, and it brought back memories. It was nice that the kids were having fun in the pool at the hotel. The room was a bit dusty, and the air conditioning wasn't very adjustable. The bath was nice. The variety at dinner wasn't that great! But it was fine because the whole family enjoyed themselves.

The nearest ski-in/ski-out hotel to Norikura. The cable car ticket is relatively cheap, 4,000 yen a day. Equipment rental is average, and there is no discount for rooms booked on Ctrip. Breakfast and dinner buffets, with two kinds of sashimi, but a little cold. Be careful of poor digestion if you eat cold sashimi for breakfast. The long line for the dinner buffet is a bit inefficient, it is better to be free to get the dishes you want, or just queue up by dish. The ski slopes in Norikura are good.

The deluxe room we booked was quite large, with tatami mattresses, and was quite comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was quite varied, but it was the same every day. The facilities were a bit old. You can rent ski equipment, there is a drying cabinet, and it is quite convenient to ski in and out.

I sometimes choose to stay here, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The natural hot springs are also great for relaxing and soothing your body after skiing.

This hotel has few reviews on Ctrip and XHS, and its advantages and disadvantages are very obvious. Advantages: 1. It is a ski-in and ski-out hotel, and the cable car entrance of Norikura Ski Resort is just downstairs from the hotel (Norikura Ski Resort has very few people on weekdays, and there is a super flat family ski slope, which is very suitable for beginners to practice, but you need to do a lift to get up) 2. There are ski equipment rentals and storage boxes downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient, and guests have their own storage boxes 3. The reservation includes breakfast and dinner, which are all buffets. There are not many categories, and the taste is good 4. The hotel has a very famous hot spring, which is very comfortable to bathe in. There is an open-air pool that directly sees the ski slope, which is very beautiful. If you stay, you must enjoy this hot spring 5. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Otari Village Station, and you can choose to take it from this station to Itoigawa Station. From this station, you can directly take the Kita-ji Shinkansen to Tokyo in 2 hours 6. The reservation was for 3 people, and the room given was very large with 2 beds. The bed is small and can only sleep one person, but the tatami can sleep 2-3 people 7. When I checked in, there was a young man who could speak Chinese and introduced the hotel facilities and other details very enthusiastically. I gave him a thumbs up Disadvantages: 1. The area around the hotel is very desolate. The hotel provided breakfast and dinner for 3 days and 2 nights. Lunch was eaten at the ski resort restaurant at the ski resort. The free soup at the ski resort restaurant was very delicious and had a lot of crabs 2. To go from the hotel to other ski resorts, you need to take the ski resort bus or paid bus at the hotel entrance 3. There are no convenience stores around the hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quite spacious and clean. Every day cleaning, replacement of towels and bathrobes, frequent change of bed linen. Razors, toothbrushes, shampoos, soap, shower caps, clean bathrobes are always freely available near the reception. The view from our window was of the mountains. The hotel has a spacious, comfortable ski room. Each room has a locker for storing ski equipment. Ventilation is good. There is no drying. Our stay included breakfast and dinner, which we really enjoyed. Buffet. The choice of dishes is large, especially for dinner. For breakfast you can choose two types of omelet, sausages, sausage, fish, various vegetables, fruits, juice, milk, cereal, salads, soups, croissants, etc. For dinner, there is generally a great selection of dishes: raw fish, fried fish, stewed fish, squid, shrimp, scallop, pork with vegetables, beef stew, chicken, soups, salads (huge selection), vegetables (huge selection), national dumplings, and of course rice and spaghetti, fruit, ice cream, cakes and I don’t remember what else)). The hotel spa has two onsens: the first is indoors, the second is indoors with an open window (there is access to fresh air, which is very nice) and a view of the mountain. There is also a sauna. There are separate zones for men and women. Entrance to the pool is extra (600 yen per adult), but it seems the pool was not open. There are massage chairs in the spa area, only 100 yen for a 10-minute session. Shampoos, hair conditioners, shower gels and body lotions are provided at the onsen. The hotel has a store where you can buy souvenirs, sweets, alcohol, as well as accessories such as glasses, masks, gloves and other things. On the ground floor there is ski equipment rental. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is located right next to the ski slopes and lifts of the Norikura resort. There were few people on the Norikura slopes, so the slopes were in excellent condition until the evening. Several ski lifts depart directly from the hotel, from which you can go down a couple of red slopes and three green ones. Comfortable for beginners: wide, gentle, uncrowded slopes. Norikura connects to the Cortina area, which is also fun to ride. The total length of the trails is about 20 km. There is a shuttle stop next to the hotel, which takes you to any resort in Hakuba. There are no shops nearby. The hotel is not new, the furniture is somewhat tired, but this did not worsen our stay at all; the advantages of the hotel outweigh this 100 percent. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was my first time to go there. The hotel had a Chinese translator and the connection was smooth. The check-in experience was okay. Will go there next time. It's so convenient to have a ski resort right at the door. It’s such a surprise to have fireworks on New Year’s Day

A very old hotel with average food and acceptable service. It has direct access to the ski slopes.

It's right next to the snow slope. It's very convenient if you have a car.
