The location is perfect, giving directly on the promenade. I like also the style of the hotel. Accessibility is difficult though, as there is no elevator : difficult with big luggage. The room was really clean, shower pressure was ok but a little low. Shower can leaked all over the floor. Overall, great hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the Promenade des Anglais. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! The hotel is clean and the facilities are very new. We even got to experience the Nice Carnival, which was super close by!

1/The room is relatively new and the toiletries are good 2/The location is good. There is a supermarket downstairs and a mall within a 5-10 minute walk 3/Breakfast is a home kitchen style, simple meal, eggs, ham, sausage, 1-2 kinds of fruit + canned fruit, bread, cereal, etc.
