From check-in to check-out, this is an inn that takes care of you. There were some unfamiliar staff, but they weren't used to it yet, but they must have been working hard. I was impressed by the decaf coffee that was served to me when I checked in, but when I asked if I should take a rest in the lobby after taking a bath, I was served cold and delicious coffee milk, but it was also caffeine. Less coffee was used. The milk used was also from a nearby ranch. There was also pomegranate juice, but it was very delicious with exquisite sourness and sweetness. Of course, there were drinks such as coffee. Even the dinner was impressive! After dinner, I was impressed by the hotel's unique and delicious chocolate and drink service in the lobby. After dinner, even after returning to the room, elegant and quiet jazz was playing, and the aroma was burning, in an adult space. I was able to really relax. Stayed here because of the high reviews. Poor reception. There are staff who serve customers politely only for regulars, and it feels bad. Also, I was annoyed by the many signs in the hall that praised the great achievements of the founder (they have nothing to do with the guests). It's good to take pride in the organization you work for, but I feel like it's going in the wrong direction. Meals and rooms (Japanese-style room with open-air bath) are at the level of a semi-luxury inn. I think that the management here should study the new inns in the same price range without missing a long-established store. If things continue as they are now, only old people who are regulars will stay. Kinugawa Onsen is very deserted, and many of the surrounding restaurants are bad in terms of taste, hospitality, and cleanliness. The only good thing was going down the river.

We love this place, it's a bit dated but has character. Our room, room 18, was in the original building of the hotel, it was very large, clean and looked new. I think other rooms might not be as good. Our room rate included breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. The hotel is within walking distance to shrines and bridges. Their service is very good, the girl at the front desk drew us a direction map to the destination. The hotel is not cheap, but we love it.

バレーパーキングでスムーズにチェックインできて、開放的なラウンジでウェルカムティーをいただきながらチェックイン。お部屋も素敵で、特にベランダの椅子に座って鬼怒川の景色やひんやりとした秋の空気を楽しめました。お料理も美味しく、栃木の地酒が揃っていて良かったです。朝ごはんも最高でした。案内してくださった若くて可愛いスタッフさんもとても親切でした。ひとつだけ、お風呂のシャンプーやソープがあまり良くなかったので次回はお気に入りのものを持参しようと思いました。

落ち着いた開放感のあるロビーがとても居心地が良かったです。大きな窓があり、外にも出れ、ソファでゆったりできます。宿泊した部屋の居心地も良かったですが、ロビーの窓から見える樹々を眺めながらゆったり珈琲を飲む時間は日頃時間に追われて過ごす私にはとても贅沢な時間でした。 また、ホテルの方々の接客も、今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番良かったです。適度な距離感と心遣いに感謝です。お食事、お風呂も大変良かったです、食後のチョコレートワゴンのサービスは他のホテルではなく、とても良かったです。 強いてあげるなら、アメニティの質をあげていただけたらと思います。お部屋のランクで準備されてるものも違うのかもしれませんが、宿泊する際必要か確認する等して準備していただけると嬉しいです。後、些細な事ですが、トイレの便座に汚れが少し残ってました。大きな汚れではありませんが、気持ちのいいものではないので、注意していただけたらと思います。総体的には期待通りのホテルでまた時間ができたら、宿泊したいです。
