Hotels in Old Bund Commercial Area, Ningbo

The hotel was clean and made my experience great at staying. The location is very close to Tianyi Square and malls. I stayed for 1 night as had to attend a meeting. Would definitely stay here if ever had to come Ningbo.

Family trip. Everything was great except for breakfast. Wasn't really a fan and not many choices that suited me. However soybean milk is good as well as the scallion pancakes and youtiao. Would be willing to stay again.

The location is excellent. After playing in the Old Bund at night, you can cross the road and come back. It is 1 km to Tianyi Square and 1 bus stop away. The room is exquisitely decorated, just like the one in the Ctrip video. What you see is what you get. The front desk staff has a good attitude and the cleanliness is also very good. Here are two suggestions for the hotel, hoping to improve: 1. Is breakfast only served once, on a first-come, first-served basis? I arrived a little after 8 o'clock and there were no dishes. I left at 8:40 and there were still no dishes (see picture). 2. It is recommended to install a buffer device on each room door, otherwise you will hear the heavy slamming sound in the room, which is thrilling. At first I thought it was some impolite guests. Later I tried it myself and it was the sound of the door closing automatically. It was very heavy and there was no buffer, which affected my rest.

The room is very new and quiet. The housekeeper Xiao Jiang is very enthusiastic and will contact in advance to help reserve the seat of the banquet stall downstairs. A Ningbo souvenir was also given when leaving the hotel. Compared with other Ascotts, we need to learn more about Ningbo Ascott. It is very close to the Drum Tower, Tianyi Pavilion and other attractions

The most satisfying thing about this trip to Ningbo is the hotel! Whenever I go to a place to play, the hotel is the top priority, because the consumption cannot be too high, but it must be clean and new. Anyway, this hotel impressed me as a picky person. All the staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The room is very spacious, and the decoration inside has taken a lot of thought. The shower room is very large, and there is a bathtub! The window glass is very soundproof. Although the road outside is temporarily under construction, parking is free, and Tianjie and the subway station are next door! What else do you want for this price? ! The only thing is that the breakfast room is a bit hot and the air conditioning is not strong. The food will be better if it is improved!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Huagang Hotel. The close proximity to the nightly light show, the museum, great street food and high end restaurants made it great - day or night. Not much English spoken but my translator filled the gaps. WiFi on China is nowhere near secure enough for my taste and the lack of Google products, Facebook, instagram etc is a pain but manageable with forethought. You simply HAVE TO HAVE Alipay and/WeChat on your phone or you can’t function. I still haven’t figured out how to get money into WeChat from Australia with big losses from Aussie banks or relying on Chinese friends. I got burnt badly by Telstra I think - still not certain until I get home, but make sure you turn roaming data off and use a local SIM only. It appears even though my Aussie phone was hotspotted everytime to my Chinese phone, Telstra charged me a fortune for validation of WeChat/weixin payments. Which should have been free of charge through the wifi hotspot! I plan to challenge this Shen I get home. Tony

I found a super artistic hotel on the Bund of Ningbo. The layout of the room is also very exquisite, full of literary atmosphere. The bed is soft, as comfortable as lying on the clouds, and sleeping very comfortably. The room is well lit, you can see the beauty of the Bund when you open the curtains, and the mood is bright. The breakfast on the second day was rich in variety and tasted good! The hotel staff service is also very warm, from check-in to check-out, every link makes people feel very comfortable.

The hotel design itself is amazing / rooms are big, quiet, huge windows- well equipped. Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. Breakfast was excellent - our guests were very pleased with our choice of this new hotel. I will surely stay there again when staying in Ningbo - both for personal or professional trips.

Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic, actively add management WeChat, and respond to needs in a timely manner. Environment: Because it is newly opened, the overall feeling is very comfortable, simple and atmospheric. Facilities: The facilities are very smart, with delivery robots and voice assistants in the room. The overall feeling is good, but the bathroom is a bit simple. It is recommended to add the function of voice answering, because the bathroom also needs calls and help.

Brand New hotel in Waitan area. Very convenient location in the center of the city.
