Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

Not only is Chris efficient, but he also often offered help unprompted, even recommending several local eateries that were excellent choices. Such staff members are invaluable assets to the Hilton Garden Inn, and Chris's outstanding service is a large part of why I would choose to stay here again.

Currently the best hotel in ningbo in my opinion. Spacious, new decoration. Simplistic decoration but well done! And the yard area is really nice after a long exhausting day at work.

定的親子房，房間很大，選的落地窗的很亮堂，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，到的時候衹有 2 間親子房了，小姐姐讓客房服務員帶去看了房間，客房服務員服務態度也非常好，房間乾乾淨淨，裝修風格很喜歡，簡潔清爽。早餐意外的豐富，餐廳很乾凈，比有些度假酒店早餐好很多。
