The room was quite nice and spacious, facing the park with a lovely balcony. However, for a five-star hotel, I was surprised there were no welcome fruits. Also, the smart toilet in our room seemed to be malfunctioning; we mentioned this when we received the follow-up call, and I hope it will be improved. The hotel breakfast was also quite extensive, with local specialties like wheat cakes, seafood noodles, and three-color pastries, all of which I tried. You could also enjoy the view while having breakfast. They even proactively called to deliver a small cake for my husband's birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. The cleanliness was top-notch, and they even helped with laundry. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

The catering is rich and varied, from exquisite Western food to authentic Chinese food. The service staff is enthusiastic, professional and responsive. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, it can provide a high-quality experience, showing the excellence of Hangzhou hotels.

The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to the surrounding ancient towns and Wang Yangming's former residence. The rooms are fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is excellent, diligent, thoughtful and attentive.

The experience exceeded expectations, the computer configuration is very high, the high-swipe screen is matched with a smooth host, the gigabit network speed group battle is zero delay, and the mechanical key mouse feels super comfortable. The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, the sound insulation effect was good, the e-sports chair was not tired, and the bed was soft and sleepy. The check-in speed at the front desk is fast, the service is warm and intimate, the first choice for black opening with friends, the price is full, and I will come again next time!

I visited last year and was very satisfied, but my experience this year was just so-so. I'm not sure if they're cutting costs and increasing efficiency, but they seem to be skimping on the air conditioning. The lobby wasn't cool at all; I was actually sweating while checking in. The corridor leading from the lobby to the guest room buildings had almost no AC, and it was very hot. The elevator also lacked AC and was sweltering. The windows in the guest floor hallway were closed tight with no AC, and there was a strong musty smell. The room itself had a musty smell upon entering. If you try to open the balcony door for ventilation, the AC stops working. I'm not sure if they used too much disinfectant on the bed linens, but my skin felt very itchy while sleeping, to the point of waking me up in the middle of the night. The hotel's pest control is also inadequate; I still got many mosquito bites even after applying repellent. Plus, the toilet paper in the room was paper-thin. The overhead shower needs fixing; the water sprayed everywhere. They've cut costs so much that there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. There was only one pack of tissues, so after washing my hands in the bathroom, I had to go to the room to get paper, which was ridiculous. The only things that haven't declined are the service at the Chinese restaurant and the staff at the go-kart area.

This hotel offers a great service. The room is big and clean, there is everything you need. The mattress was a little bit to soft for me but apart from that it was fine. The by far biggest benefit is the location. The Hotel is only two stations away from 寧波站，there are many tourist attraction nearby as well as many places to eat. I definitely recommend this hotel

The location is super convenient, close to the subway station and shopping district, and a variety of snacks are just a few minutes' walk away. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning and hot water were excellent. The room was exceptionally clean, with not a speck of dust in the corners. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, with quick check-in and check-out, and they even recommended nearby restaurants.
