The hotel is trying, but missing the mark in a lot of ways…felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4 star hotel. The location kind of sucks. It’s right beside a metro though which is good. Breakfast is served in a room with about 10 tables…so you’ll be fighting for a seat. It’s a very limited breakfast as well. The rooms have no coffee or tea. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms have a nice sofa and table but no chairs (making it hard to work). Elevators feel more appropriate for a 2 star hotel. However, the staff were very attentive. There’s a nice coffee machine in the lobby.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

The facilities are complete, the hotel is very cost-effective, and the service is warm and thoughtful. It is a very user-friendly hotel. The reception staff carefully arranged a quiet room for me. The Wanda business district is just outside, and the location is excellent. Wanda Plaza Hema Fresh is within walking distance. It's very convenient to eat and go shopping. The hotel's sanitary conditions are very clean. The lobby staff are very good, warm and thoughtful, and check-in is efficient. Parking in the hotel is convenient and has its own underground parking lot. Parking is free for hotel guests. The breakfast is very rich and has many varieties. The restaurant on the fifth floor has a large space and a good color combination. Fresh fruits are also provided in the room, which tastes good.

The room is very clean, with children staying in this big TV to watch more trouble, the children do not cry or make trouble, the bar has small snacks and tea, the check-in also presented fruit snacks, the front desk weekly service is very good, the speech is gentle, the breakfast is also very rich, the children like to eat, come next time

The first feeling when entering the room is very warm, just like home! Not only the environment is good! The service is also very good! The network is great and the staff is very considerate. Worth recommending

The hotel is in Shantou New Business District, single-family, the surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, very quiet, sleep well at night, the room area is quite large, at the check-in, the front desk lady arranged a suitable room type according to our needs, the service is particularly patient and thoughtful, The most commendable thing is that the front desk lady will take the initiative to inform us that we have free laundry service when we check in, let us take the clothes that need to be washed and handed them to wash and dry, and also help to iron the coat and tidy, great, sincerely recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and hygienic, the check-in experience was good, very satisfied, the computer network was fast, the front desk brother and sister service was good, and the facilities were complete.

The hotel is very well decorated and is my favorite style. The room is floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is also very wide, it is very comfortable to live here, the hotel staff are very warm, take the initiative to greet, very polite, there are also skin care masks borrowed, the service is great, the facilities are complete, the bedding pillows in the room are very comfortable, living here feels good sleep quality

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Centrally located, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, it was extremely convenient (right next to the Catholic church, a great landmark for ease of walking). The room was well designed and spacious, with a fantastic view of the square. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rain shower had great water pressure, the heat for winter was perfect, and even the toilet seat was heated! (Just a note, the check-in for the hotel is on the third floor so you must enter the side lobby and take the elevator up). Our room included breakfast and it was really well done with a lot of various options. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we are in Ningbo.

Must give this hotel a big praise! As soon as I entered the door, Xiao Sun and Xiao Wei at the front desk were very good, smiling, taking the initiative to say hello, and instantly warmed to the bottom of my heart. On a cold day, the mineral water at the front desk was carefully heated, and the hands were hot and the details were full! What is even more amazing is the service frame, nail clippers, band-aid, wet tissues, Yunnan white medicine, super intimate. Entering the room again, the sanitation is spotless, the facilities are complete and complete, and the stay is super comfortable. This trip, I feel the hotel's intentions, come back next time!
