Ningbo Marriott Hotel has very good service. They do ordinary things, but they are very attentive, which interprets the service concept of luxury hotels. I was asked several times if I needed help with my luggage in the lobby. Someone was always watching my every move. I said I would wait for my friend in the lounge, and Cassie, a girl from the concierge department, brought me barley tea and asked if I wanted to store my luggage first. After checking in, it would be delivered to the room. I felt that I was taken care of here. My friend's car is a new energy vehicle. I drove to the charging pile of the State Grid in the underground parking lot for a long time but still couldn't charge it. Later, I came to the lobby and met John. I asked him if he knew how to operate the charging pile. He took us to the parking lot very enthusiastically, assisted us in charging, and added WeChat to send us the operation guide in case we encounter similar situations next time. He also told us that we could send messages at any time if we needed any help. Later, he asked him to help us make an appointment for the Sanjiang Night Tour in the evening to see the beautiful scenery of Ningbo at night.
