This is the hotel which is worth visiting again. It has the beautiful view. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast is very simple but delicious.

It is a little while ago that we visited this beautiful place for three nights. But we love to think back to these days in Ninh Bình. We walked all the way from the Ninh Bình Train station and we was starving and worried about our chance to get dinner due to the fact that it was already late in the evening. But the overwhelming, very friendly welcome at the hotel let passed away our worries. The lovely staff cooked a great vietnamese food for us and the start for the stay couldnt be better. The hotel room, like a own bungalow, was beautiful designed, very clean and comfortable. The whole area was very well maintained with a nice pool, garden and even palmtrees. The both girls who run the hotel during our stay there was remarkable friendly and an awesome example for vietnamese hospitality. They offered us rental bikes, explanations to the destination and even a local healthy plant to eat while my girlfriend had a little flu during our trip. It is such an idyllic, perfect place for exploring the unforgettable landscape of Ninh Bình. We wish all the best for Ninh Bình Rustic Hotel and were very thankful for the amazing time there.

Great location. We biked to everything, with the hotels complimentary bikes. Room was large, everything in great shape. The food was excellent and staff was very friendly. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hidden amongst the limestone cast and paddy fields, this lovely homestay was gorgeous. . The rooms were comfortable with spectacular views over the paddy fields. Unfortunately, as the weather wasn't great, we didn't make use of the beautiful pool. Nothing was too much trouble and help was on hand to help organise transfers or trips into Tam Coc. Everyone was so friendly. We almost felt part of the family.

Staying at Cao's place was very Zen and relaxing. The rooms are exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The garden is a small oasis with beautiful plants and flowers. Kim Oanh was always present on the background and helped us with all our inquiries. In the evening she asked us what we liked for breakfast and always catered for my partner's vegetarian wishes. Grandfather's Cao retreat is a great place to spend time to relax. The location is great and close to Mua Cave which we visited starting by foot from the property. Tam Coc or any other boat tour venue can easily be reached by bike. Close to the property we found a lot of bike trails for rustic exploration of the limestones and nature. I visited Ninh Binh Rustic in March 2023. We were a group of 12 people. This place has everything you need to embrace and immerse you in the unique energy of Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are big, the gardens are Zen, and the owners are the kindest and most smiling people. Among the rice fields in this unique hotel one feels at home. I will go back again and recommend to anyone who wants to get comfort and good value for it. For 4 days I felt like I was with my family.
