Worst stay that I had to suffer for 7 nights. I regret considering/trusting OYO. Unhygienic, zero service, room cleaning was limited to emptying bins on request, and literally had to beg to clean rest of the room (twice) and only once during 7 days stay they cleaned washroom with a dirty cloth. Washroom toilet seat was broken; toilet and room had cockroaches crawling freely. AC was dysfunctional during entire stay peak summer of Noida and 1 night it started leaking gas and we had to shift room mid night to even a worst room that smelled some was smoking and again non functional AC. We started hunting for another hotel next morning 7am but rooms couldn’t find anything around and any available were stupidly expensive and we had no option but continue suffering. No kitchen/food service, as cook was on leave with no date of return. Just stay away. Never again! Ps- didn’t capture pics as they were just to disgusting. Also tried writing same review on OYO app, but they smartly kept giving me some error.
