It's an outdated hotel. 1950's style. The single room i had was clean but especially the bathroom desperately needs a make over. For the price is it an affordable and nice hotel.

There was no hot water in the shower during my stay. The outlet in the room didn't work, seemed to be from the 60's as most of the other interior decoration. Very rudimentary.
The staff didn't wear personal protective equipment as was specified in the booking, and no other covid measures were taken in the breakfast room and in other places. Utter disappoin**ent and unsafe for a covid survivor!

This place was a simple European type budget hotel. I was very satisfied with my room. I read several of the negative reviews to see if there was anything to be concerned about. It seems that they were writing about a different hotel, or that they are super picky. Even the free breakfast was very good.

It was a little pricey for there being a dirty towel on our bathroom floor, no soap in the bathroom and no drinking water in the room. - there was also a lack of access to free coffee and tea, which is at least something one has come to expect at similar hotels/competitors in the Odense.
That being said, the service went above and beyond. I asked for cups of tea at a very late time in the night and the staff provided with a smile and even added milk, sugar and a small chocolate.
Overall we'd like to come back, since it was a pleasant stay.
