Very convenient hotel, there is a direct bus to Manhattan, 15 minutes a trip, 3.5 knives a person, get off at Times Square, get off at the place where you get off, very convenient! Very satisfied with a hotel!

1. I booked a room for 2 days and paid $518.74 (was weekend). After ~3hours checking in, I needed to leave to the DC. So, I checked out, and asked refund. After discussing reception/Expedia, realized that I have to contact with manager next day around 11AM. Although, manager was not available next day after 11AM when I called, and next shift reception has no idea what I am talking about even though I told room # where I was staying. Also, hotel responded to Expedia that I am still at my room, so, no refund while I am already at DC, and checked in at different hotel. I see that somebody already occupied the room as they told, but I don't think this is proper business. 2. The room had a smell, and bathroom had a roach. I showed video of running roach to the reception when i checked out.
