Property was very nice, hotel right off the highway. Storm hit that day and they had cleared lot quickly. Pool area was crowded and kids that were to young were in the hot tub which was annoying. They didn’t enforce those rules for the hot tub. Other than that the place was great. Food was nice for breakfast. Very clean.

There are two reasons I did not give it 5 all the way through was because the pool area had so much clorine that it burnt my eyes.

Stayed at this particular location for the pool amenities. In particular, the handicap chair lift that makes it possible for a handicapped individual to enjoy both the pool and the hot tub. The unit was out of order. Equipment like this should be checked on a daily basis. We live in a diverse community and handicap amenities should be just as available as the towels that are handed out. Also, god child used pool area only to be injured and bloodied at the slide because he was followed immediatley by an unattended 4 year old.

Fun water park for the kids, slide is great for even young kids. Love the sauna and hot tub. Room is very comfy and clean. Breakfast is nice with hot food (pancakes, egg, sausage). The breakfast ladies are also very nice (checked with everyone to make sure they got enough before closing). Great value overall, would recommend!

Came with family and 7 kids ages 3-10. Had an AMAZING time! Excellent service, very clean, beds and pillows super comfortable, showers were very nice faucets/ water flow. Breakfast was excellent! This is our 2nd visit and will come back again!

The waterpark was a nice feature for this hotel. Kids loved it. A bit far from Erie downtown, but not too bad

This hotel was beautifully designed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet even though there were a lot of people staying there. The pool facilities were extremely unique (they even had a waterslide, 2 separate pools, a hot tub and a sauna) and I had a blast. The staff was extremely curteous and helpful. Thank you!
