I cannot express just how fabulous and rejuvenating this three-night stay has been for my mum, sister and I. From moment we stepped into the building, our every need was met and enquiry satisfied by the most welcoming staffing team. A special mention simply has to be extended to Annette, a brilliant smile, kind heart and witty humour put me right at ease from the get go! True hospitality seems to come second-hand to you Annette and I felt genuinely taken care of, for this I’m eternally grateful. See you again soon!

I’m a member of the health club and enjoy the gym facilities & helpfulness of the fitness team. I have invested in personal training sessions with Deepak which have been brilliant in building my strength, fitness & confidence. Deepak gives the right amount of challenge & motivation. He’s knowledgeable, explains things clearly & makes tough sessions fun. I am really pleased by what Deepak has helped me achieve.

I have been a member at Champneys Springs for many years now. I really enjoy the Pilates classes. Tom & Deepak are both amazing. They both have different styles of Pilates but equally as good as each other. I always feel like I have had a good workout.

I visited for the day with my daughter. I have been to Springs many times and although it isn`t perhaps the smartest of the Champney's locations (although to be fair I have no comparison) I always return to Springs where the facilities are good but the staff are outstanding - which is the main reason I go back. There is always a warm welcome and it feels like "going home" when I visit. The staff are always unruffled and happy which makes for instant relaxation when you arrive. At the coffee bar the manager Sasima is without fail lovely, managing to combine professionalism with friendliness and genuine concern for your spa experience. Her assistant Alex is following in her footsteps and was also friendly and helpful. The treatment staff especially Mandy were also excellent. The food is always good although I felt the 3 vegan options for lunch was maybe one too many and I would have liked to see a vegetarian, salad or fish option instead (without pasta) A lovely day and we will be back.

I had an induction for the gym and advice regarding diet. Had a talk about toxins by the trainer Deepak who was amazing and very informative. His a great trainer who makes you work and encourages you. Classes run by the trainers are very good relaxing in the pool or the jacuzzi is my fav. Thank you.

One of the best spa experiences with great facilities and so many different options to participate in wellness things like meditation and Pilates as well as fitness checks like a foot gait analysis. Highly recommend and already bought my return offer voucher.

I am a member of Springs and enjoy taking their classes and using the gym. Today, Tom gave a great energetic aqua class. Great class to improve mobility, co ordination and general fitness for all ages. Thank you Tom for a brilliant class always delivered with good humour and consideration for your customers

The food was great, the dry lounge area in the spa was very nice. I did not enjoy the wet areas. Certainly not enough places to relax and didn't feel very 'spa'. However Louise in the Spa who did my facial made up for the lows - very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice and relaxing treatment.
