Just got back from here the hotel really nice and very clean and the room are lovely can not fault that part, the food is awful constantly same stuff so repetitive not much variety spoke to quite a lot of people who said nothing for children to eat and the snack bar is so boring and minimal. Some of the animation team are great as specially MJ, Daniel and Paulina plus the newest girl that arrived last week didn’t get her name came and introduced herself to everyone where as the rest didn’t even look or speak to us as we was English which is so rude. Wouldn’t recommend playing bingo it’s €15 and the prizes are terrible if you win my friend won a free massage in the spa but when she tried to use it he said that’s only for a free face mask even though it stated free massage the man in the spa and salon will pester you a lot to spend money with him and he is so rude. Apart from Saturday nights the rest of the evenings after 9:30 are so boring could do with more music and things going on. I went with a friend and we found the hotel is very far away from place to go out and it’s like a 40 min taxi ride to alanya which is not cheap just want people to understand it’s more of a hotel if you genuinely just want to relax and not do much. Found the reception staff rude but the restaurant, bar staff and cleaner was all lovely and went above and beyond for everyone and the guy in the little shop onsite was lovely too.

Loved the animation team, they were really nice and entertaining. The resort was beautiful and clean and the activities and food were nice. Definitely would come again and would recommend. The beach is 2 minutes away and the cleaners were amazing and the reception.

This hotel is amazing clean rooms everyday,food was brilliant,staff go above and beyond to help you really friendly,Jet2 rep was really helpful sorted us out for day trip to Merket was amazing trip well worth the money,we would definitely come back to this hotel

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Food We are both vegetarians so we except the worst. We got by I felt enough variety but 2 weeks is long time even eating at home everyday!!! They could improve by better labels as we missed quiet a few veggie options as I felt it was properly labelled, btw we could our own chilli powder & chilli flakes to spice it up!!!) Location Quiet area however shopping bazaar is around 7/8 mins walk. resorts however 5 mins walk you can a bus Alayna (40mins) & Manovot (25min) for 2/3 euro. We showed our hotel business card he promptly told us when to get off. Entertainment Animation were superb. I did yoga, darts , table tennis, swim yoga etx, Fatite was superb. Evening entertainment was good, not brilliant, but hey, ho, we are not Vegas Abdul, the barman was absolutely amazing!

Best holiday ever.. even better people. I am so so sad to be home. The animation team made our holiday so amazing. I want to thank each one of them for being so energetic, friendly and funny. We have definitely made friends for life. Big thank you to MJ, Velya, Daniel, Polyna, Diana and Valeria for everything. We miss you all so much already and we are going to book up for August/September to see you all again. Everyday the animation team from 10am gave us the best entertainment, from darts and water gymnastics to volleyball and belly dancing. They even took us to the best night clubs in Antalya at night time after the hotel entertainment. They are the best people ever and so full of energy. I am so excited to go back and see them all. They made our holiday one to remember. The hotel is fantastic too. We have never been so comfortable and relaxed at a hotel. Usually we go out lots and spend little time at hotels but we genuinely didn’t want to leave each day. Can’t wait to see you guys again, we love you so much ＜3

Absolutely stunning hotel, great and friendly staff, great location, great food, great beach ( shuttle bus) we walk down but get bus back (steep hill) , only 1 negative but it might change in peak months, entertainment is fantastic but lasts 30 minutes, the entertainment staff as good as they are must be annoyed cos they have to spend 9 30 til late chatting to visitors, more entertainment would be better im sure! Apart from that minor issue, absolutely brilliant holiday 👏

Laguna Beach is the perfect choice to enjoy an amazing holiday with your family or just as a couple.They have different activities during the day but also in the evening. Thanks to Diana, Era,Molina,MJ,Velina,Danil and Hasan we had a perfect time in Turkey

Amazing hotel, clean and easy to navigate. Food was fantastic and the animation team was bombastic, everyone did an excellent job at keeping us entertained! Activities all day long plus club tours and shows in the evenings. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay. The staff were really helpful and the hotel was kept spotless. There was enough going on to keep us all occupied and one night there was an amazing live DJ set! Food was decent and the snack bar good. Huge plus was the beach/beach bar that took less than a minute to get to in the jeep that ran every 5mins or so. All n all we had a brilliant holiday and enjoyed shopping in the bazaar which was a 10-15 min walk away, although there were shops only minutes away too. We would happily return.
