Cet avis aurait pu être évité si la gestion du problème avait été résolu
(Avant de réserver, pensez à demander si cet établissement à loué la salle pour un anniversaire ou autre événement).
Pour notre cas, NUIT BLANCHE avec un bébé de 2 ans.
Appel la réception à 2h30 du matin. Celle-si nous dit qu'elle a oublié de nous prévenir d'une soirée privatisé.
Appel la gendarmerie à 4h30 du matin..
A 9h la réception nous dit qu'elle nous offre la nuit sauf qu'au moment de partir ce n'est plus possible car nous avons réservé avec hôtel.com.
C'est donc à nous de voir avec hôtel . Com, ce que nous allons faire sans votre aide.
Nous ne demandons pas de réponse à cet avis car vous auriez pu l'éviter en gérant le problème au moment du départ, et nous ne pourrons pas répondre.
L'équipement de l'hôtel est bien,
L'insonorisation n'est pas bonne
Je conseil objectivement sur Rodez le Mercure ou le Logis Hotel

Attention il y a des soirées organisées dans le complexe. Son jusqu’à 2h du matin lors de notre venue.
