The location was great. It was convenient because there was an ion nearby, and the station was also close, so I could go to Nanba. I was satisfied because it was cheap, but I wanted coffee in the morning.

The soundproofing of the door is very poor. I was woken up by the noise outside the door in the middle of the night. There is no coin-operated washing machine. Everything else is pretty good, especially the transportation is very convenient, just two steps to the subway entrance

I had the luck to have a room on the same floor as the toilets and the shower room for my gender. Otherwise you would have to take the elevator. The staff was really nice and most of the staff from the reception was speaking English really well. However not every room has a window so ventilation is a huge problem in rooms without a window. Additionally because of the opening between the roof and the door any dialog held on the corridor as well as louder sounds from other rooms can be heard. The mattress was also very thin. Too thin for my taste it was like sleeping on rock bottom. Nevertheless it was not the worst experience I could imagine.

Exceptional service - the front desk helped me to arrange taxi to the airport and it was not easy because they were fully booked. The person tried many times and finally found a taxi for us, much to our relief. The front desk is trained to ask all the right questions, staying calm. They also helped to receive my transferred luggage from another hotel. All timely and accurately. It deserved a 6 star for such exceptional service. The hotel ambience has a calming effect as it is dark but lighted on the areas that you need to see. We have no problem even though some people commented on it. Great location Room size is comfortable and considered a fair size, in fact, slightly larger and well planned. Breakfast has a good spread. Think it is great to open at 6.30 am as it gives maximum time to have an early start. Highly recommended for couple and families.

Amazing hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Place was convenient, very near the mrt and just right outside the hotel about 100m away is solaniwa onsen theme park which was is a great location for tourists! Furthermore, there was a discount for the onsen as we were staying in the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great too with a good view of the city.

The nearest station is Okunimachi subway station. Walking distance from Nanba station. This 10-story hotel has Family Mart on the first floor. Probably the building was originally a studio apartment or a company's single dormitory. There is a atrium in the middle, and rooms are lined up on both sides. There is a large communal bath on the 10th floor, but it is suspended due to the corona disaster. The size of all rooms is 23 ㎡, about twice as large as that of an ordinary business hotel 1.5. The non-smoking twin room was assigned in the left-hand plan. Chic and fashionable interior. There is a entrance, and the shoe box has slippers for the room. The bath and toilet are separate 々, but the bath is narrow. The nightwear is gown type, and the minimum amenities are available. Due to the influence of the coronavirus, there were only 2 people in a 6-person room for women and a total of 4 people on the female floor. I was able to quietly look back at myself. Breakfast was very satisfying and coffee was replaced. The next morning we visited Samhara at the power spot. It was less than 15 minutes walk from the hostel.

My family has a good experience with the service and location. It's unfortunate that they're planning to remove the in-room washing machine, which could be a drawback for future stays. Hopefully, they consider replacing it with an alternative amenity.

I stayed at the Chisan Standard Osaka Shin Imamiya, which opened on February 25, 2022, on March 4, immediately after using the special plan for the opening. When I thought it was strange because there was a wound or dirt at the opening, it was a signboard replacement. The twin room with two single beds felt the walls were black and white.
