Hotel is conveniently located with good F&B amenities within walking distance. Surrounding is quiet. Hotel has well prepare necessities for guest use and a good hot public bath facility on the 6th floor. Train station is just across the street from hotel

I had BAD experience in Astil Hotel. i and my friends booked 3 rooms and stayed 4 night there! i only got 2 days for cleaning the room, my friends only got 1 day for cleaning the room, that's too bad. We complainted day by day, every time the staffs replied that "May be you did not put the "Clean up" magnet on the door". Of course, we did put the magnet on the door every day! When we requested the staff to send someone do cleaning immediately, they said the cleaning staffs off... that's so ridiculous! My 2 friends living in the dirty rooms for 3 nights... Secondly, i pick up a backpack wrongly from a taxi, i ask for help at the front desk. They said they could not do anything for assistance. I beg them to call the taxi driver, because we could not speak in Japanese and the backpack had a telephone number. They did call, but disconnected. Then the front desk staff said they could not help further! i was so disappointed! i never image this poor service in Japan!!

Quiet and cozy, yet fully equipped, it features a lovely rooftop onsen. It's conveniently located on a commercial street right by Hankyu Mikuni Station. You'll find plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. Plus, Umeda is only about 3-4 train stops away. The onsen itself, while small, was sparkling clean.

Excellent! They have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which was a big plus. The outdoor bathtub was amazing and incredibly relaxing. The facilities were very well-equipped, and they even had drinks available at the front desk.

Well-equipped, though a bit far from the city center and with quite small rooms. On the plus side, it's very affordable.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bed, especially, was so comfortable I fell asleep instantly.

The room was compact but very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Its location is fantastic, being close to both the subway station and a bustling shopping street. The rooftop features a communal bathing area and an open-air hot spring. It was a thoughtful touch to be able to choose from over a dozen types of shampoos and conditioners, which made the bathing experience incredibly relaxing.

Convenient and cozy place to stay in Osaka, there’s welcome drink for free in the lobby and onsen for free on the 6floor. Will visit again when coming back to Osaka! Thank you~

Very good location and facilities

Room is small but overall is OK. We have stayed for 2 nights but unfortunately our own bring towel has went missing after housekeeping. We didn’t highlight this to reception as trust that the staffs have accidentally took it/ throw it. This is first time that our own bring towels has been taken by housekeeping.

Nice place, small as per usual with all hotels in Japan. Location is just enough outside of the busy downtown town area so it's nice and quiet. Very local.

really enjoy this trip.
