Luxery B&B with great service and in a great environment. One of the best breakfasts ever with a view on the Flemish Ardens. Excellent service by great hosts. All facilities available for a relaxing time.

Sadly I’ve been dealing with poor costumer service all day from this high end motel. Made a mistake on booking them today on ******* when I looked up a hotel in Brussels and for some reason they came up. Looked like a very nice quiet hotel and then after I booked it, saw that it was an hour away. My fault completely I understand that. At first I called the front desk a few minutes after booking the reservation explained the situation and the man was very kind and wanted to help me out realizing I can’t even get to them from where I was. Again this was a few minutes after making the reservation. He said he would contact ******* and see what he could do. I called back 30 minutes later and he said he couldn’t get ahold of ******* and to try him again tomorrow. I messaged ******* myself and they told me no one from the hotel contacted them and when they tried calling them themselves no one would pick up. Try again in 72 hours was again the response. I messaged the hotel on ******* again explaining what happened and they informed me that they will not be canceling my reservation nor give me my money back. I tried calling the hotel and they’ve forwarded my calls to their voicemail. Very poor costumer service I’m honestly horrified how this was handled. A mistake happened and now I’m out more then $500. I even offered to pay for one night and haven’t heard back from them.

We had a weekend in this splendid Boutique Hotel (this is not a classic B&B) whit our children and partners for the Easter weekend. What an incredible experience … The rooms are spacious, luxurious, fantastic good king beds, nice bath and shower in every bathroom, amazing decoration. The garden is also soooo nice and perfectly worked out. Every morning a big choice of great products for breakfast, the dinner (for groups) was made with fantastic products and love … We went home happy, totally relaxed, and gratefull for these owwners who did everything to let us feel home and we were spoiled for the whole weekend. This is really a must do experience !! Thanks ❤️

Een plezier om daar te kunnen logeren , het imposante huis is formidabel mooi gebouwd en ingericht . De ontvangst door 1 van de gastheren super. Het ontbijt was enorm alles er op en er aan. Kamer super alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Kortom een aanrader.

Prachtige B&B in de Vlaamse Ardennen. Top locatie en zeer vriendelijke gastheren. S ‘ morgens een echte verwennerij met een rijkgevulde ontbijttafel en bubbels. Eentje om terug te keren na een restaurant bezoek in de buurt. Proficiat heren voor jullie service !!!

Epische ervaring!! Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaars. Zalige nacht in een prachtige kamer; gevolgd door een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met heerlijke streekproducten... Ik kan deze oase van rust en welbehagen eenieder aanbevelen met de hand op het hart!!

L'expérience client la plus terrible de toute ma vie. Jamais auparavant je n'avais rencontré un homme aussi grossier. Le magnifique B&B contraste fortement avec l'attitude de l'un des 2 messieurs. Ces messieurs se considèrent intouchables. Leur motivation est l'argent. La convivialité est apparente et non authentique. M. Hans est vraiment mécontent et ferait mieux de quitter son entreprise.

Na een annulatie om een gedegen reden werd deze onbeleefd en onrespectvol onthaald. We trachtten langs onze kant zo beleefd mogelijk te zijn door te verwittigen, de situatie uit te leggen maar hier werd geen gehoor aan gegeven. Het enigste dat bij de mensen lijkt te tellen is dat ze hun geld ontvangen, zonder enige vorm van menselijkheid of begrip te tonen. Mijn partner heeft een eigen zaak waarbij zij nooit vergoeding vraagt wanneer mensen annuleren. Integendeel, zij reageert hier steeds empathisch op. Van klantvriendelijkheid was hier totaal geen sprake. Integendeel, onmiddellijk dreigen met processen aan ons been. Wees dus voorzichtig als u hier boekt. Deze mensen hadden geen gehoor, zelfs al was er overmacht in het spel. Ook als we vroegen te mogen betalen en waardebon in de plaats te mogen krijgen, werd hier onmiddellijk neen op geantwoord.

Onbeleefd, onrespectvol, niet cliënt vriendelijk, leugenachtig, geldbelust, niet correct. Ondanks inzet en proberen communiceren, was dit bij deze mensen onmogelijk. Er was geen ruimte voor het zoeken naar een compromis. Oneerlijkheid over wat er gezegd geweest is, mensen uitspelen tegen elkaar.
