Had a wonderful stay with my family at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and were always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing family trip. We especially loved the peaceful ambiance, delicious food, and well-maintained facilities — everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant experience. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time together. Overall, a memorable and hassle-free stay. We were a group of six family members who stayed at Dak Banglow and had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine’s evening at Infinitea Sports Club. The experience was truly memorable. Special thanks to Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Bablu Kapoor for welcoming us so warmly in a traditional way with the Himachali cap — it made us feel very special and at home. Kudos to the entire team for their hospitality and arrangements. We will definitely visit both places again in the near future!

We had such a great experience at the property. Such a great food experience by chef akshay. And hospitality we had as family by the staff especially Anil G !! It was a yes mam experience. Whatever we ask for , they were all on point !! Kudos to the team infinitea dak bungalow Palampur!! Rooms were just extravagant!!! We had a great value of money !!
