This residence is so clean and has beautiful garden place. I was satisfied with all kind staffs being helpful without any inconvenience. The water quality of public pool was also clean, so it was good for swimming. I would like to visit again and recommend to people who want to be relexed in private place :)

Good location in a quiet and safe area, just 5 minutes from Alona Beach by tuktuk. The room is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice terrace, and a lovely garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect place to stay for couples or families looking to avoid crowds or resorts. The only downsides were the breakfast, which was too small and not very tasty, and the fact that towels and bed sheets are only changed every 2–3 days.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a very relaxing time at the villas. The owners welcomed us as we arrived which was nice who are from Belgium. The swimming pool is nice and also relaxing. The rooms are fantastic inside, the rooms were very spacious and the shower was outside. The private garden as the villa was amazing and we wished we had more time to spend there! Would recommend for a small family and also couples! Alona beach is about a 15-18minute walk down to the beach but access is very easy by calling a Tuk Tuk from reception.

The path from the main road to the hotel is quite rugged, so although the distance to Alona Beach and its nearby commercial area is moderate (nearly 2 kilometers), it is not easy to walk, and you need to call a tutu for transportation. Other than that, everything is very good. The room is clean and hygienic, the space is large and private, the decoration design is excellent, and the facilities are complete. Extremely bad stay. If Ctrip can give zero points, I would choose 0/5. Can you imagine a stay without hot water for showering? Booked for three nights. On the first night, we found that there was no hot water, and the guy couldn't solve it. It was too late to consider it, so we didn't contact the manager for fear of affecting their rest. In the morning, we were told that the technician came from Cebu to fix it. We also politely refused the owner's compensation. We only asked to fix the hot water. It’s a small island and things cannot be fixed in 1,2,3 .We have all respect for that but unfortunately not everyone has this respect.Nothing was good enough for those people and everything we offered has not been accepted . The worst hotel. A villa room that big only allowed three people to stay in it. Obviously, two adults and two children could stay in it, but they insisted that we upgrade to a suite villa. On top of that, yes you are a family of two and you booked 2 Villas with 2 people each in which makes you 4 people in total; but the thing is you arrived in 7 persons which means you came more than what you booked and as what I said earlier we are just following our Rules for the security and safety of our guests. As for the refund, we also informed you before you cancelled your reservation that your Booking is Non-refundable since you made the cancellation actual on your check-in date. It is clearly stated also in our Policy that you can only take your full refund payment if you made the cancellation 30days prior check-in date.
