Excellent service and staff

Very satisfied. I thought it was a little expensive, but it was worth it. My daughter and I were traveling together, and we never felt unsafe during our stay. During the day, there was always a staff member near the door, and you couldn't get on the elevator without a card. At night, the automatic doors wouldn't open without a card. We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE room, and there was plenty of space to spread out our luggage, and even when we ate in the room, it didn't feel cramped, so we thought it was comfortable. The room was clean, and the shower/sink and toilet were separate. The shower door was not half glass, as is common in France, but the whole door closed lol. I felt a little more luxurious when the toilet paper that was almost gone was replaced with new paper after cleaning. Most of all, the staff's appearance and service were first-class. Is it because I only stay in cheap hotels in Japan? There was no language stress as I didn't have to ask questions about baggage storage, check-in (you do this while sitting in the lobby next to the hotel, and they offer coffee or cocoa), baggage storage, etc. The hotel is located a little way off the main road, but it's on a busy road. Given the location, I think it's safe. The Champs-Élysées is like Omotesando, and the area around the Opera is like Ginza. It takes about 5 minutes to get there after getting off the Roissybus. Of course, the staff will arrange a taxi to the airport, so the location doesn't matter in that respect.

Bad review. The massage and spa were not good. The laundry was not returned even after I checked out.

Well located hotel, clean and the spa is magnificent

The room is really too small! Too small, expensive, small, and you can't change rooms! The overall environment is depressing! Facilities: Mini, but OK Environment: Small garden Service: Generally good Hygiene: Relatively clean Advantages: Good location, behind the opera house, very close to Galeries Lafayette, 10 minutes walk away.

The room is newly renovated, with smart control, and the location is good. However, the rooms are relatively small, at the level of domestic three-star hotels. The ceiling height is very low, just over 2 meters, and it is still quite depressing to live there. Breakfast is 36 euros per person, ordered by order. The overall cost performance is not high, at most 200 euros per night.

Service was excellent, esp. reception Eliot and the door men. Willing to help client in many ways. Location is 7 minutes walk from the opera house. You can also walk to the museum. The swimming pool can only be used by people over 16 years old, the age can be lowered a little.

Very good, clean and tidy, very quiet at night, slept very well.
