Hotel is clean. Lobby / reception area is way too small. Location is in Montmarte. Though it’s just a few minutes walk away from Cadet station, booking somewhere around 7th or 11th arr (where most of the famous landmarks are situated), will save you time especially if you only have few days.  Special mention to Angelina at the reception who always tries her best to assist us and always greets us with a smile. She fosters a positive hospitality environment.

Very Good

Location: A leisurely 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord. The nearest metro station, Cadet (Line 7), is a 3-minute walk, and Galeries Lafayette is a 15-minute walk. Surroundings: Supermarkets, pharmacies, and laundromats are all within a 1-minute walk. During my three-day stay, the bar and restaurant downstairs were exceptionally noisy on Saturday night, continuing until around midnight. Space: Truly, truly small, as the name "petite" suggests. The reception, breakfast room, elevator lobby, in-room TVs, showers, and sinks are all incredibly small. This is the smallest public space I've ever had in a Paris hotel. Facilities: Triple suite with balcony, six floors high. One king-size bed and two single sofa beds, perfectly adequate. The balcony was wonderful, with good lighting and suitable for smokers. The toilet was in a separate room, so after using it, you had to go around the bedroom to the shower to wash. Cleanliness: Generally satisfactory. I didn't require room service daily during my stay; I left my trash bag outside the door and it was taken away. Service: The front desk was unhelpful, and no one greeted me when entering or leaving. Breakfast: The variety is basic, the bread is cold, the toast can be heated up with a toaster, but croissants and the like are not tasty when they are cold.

The room was of average size, but the bathroom was a bit narrow, making the floor wet after showering, and there wasn't enough room to turn around. The elevator was also very slow, so if you're staying on the first floor, I recommend taking the stairs. There are also several stairs to carry luggage, so be aware if you're traveling with large luggage.

It's great. I stayed at another hotel before, but couldn't book the renovation this time, so I changed to another one. It turned out to be great and the room was very big.

Everything was perfect. I just specified that I didn't want the towels replaced every day for the sake of the environment, and that wasn't respected.

The small suite is just right for three people to sleep in. The location is very good, just a few minutes from the subway station, and there are many foods. Overall, it is good. The scenery outside the small balcony is also very good, and it is very photogenic.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Galeries Lafayette and Gare du Nord, but the surroundings are quite safe. There are many French restaurants, Chinese, Japanese and Korean restaurants within a 15-minute walk, and you can also walk to the Louvre. The downside is that the shower is a bit small, the room is not soundproofed, and I heard the kids making a lot of noise before I woke up in the morning.

The location is good, about 15 minutes walking distance to Galeries Lafayette, and there is a subway nearby. The hotel reception is not big, the elevator corridor is small, and the room is OK.

The room we booked was a suite, but it was in a room that was a bit small, average hygiene, poor soundproofing, the front desk service was ok, and the location was quite convenient.

The hotel rooms are large and it is very convenient to eat and travel around.
