M Social Hotel Paris Opera Reviews

From arrival to exit our visit to Paris was enhanced by a lovely, caring, attentive Staff at M Social Hotel. We felt secure, loved the room we were offered and had not a single complaint regarding our stay in Paris. Close to shopping and extraordinarily excellent  cuisine, the knowledgeable staff were ready at every opportunity to guide us to “the best” of everything Paris has to offer. Thank you for making our our first trip to Paris what we hoped for and so, so much more.

Excellent location and it is close to everywhere - shopping and museum. The room is very comfortable and the staff are super helpful. I will Come back definitely !

Pro: Great location, friendly staff and L’occitane shower gel/ soap/ shampoo. Con: The room we stayed was quite small and water pressure was relatively low.

The most outstanding thing is the excellent location. Of course, the hotel near the opera house and the convenient shopping at Galeries Lafayette is also very cost-effective. The hotel is very artistically decorated. The breakfast room is on the street and feels like a street cafe in Paris. The sun shines on you to wake up the day. An alley next to the hotel leads directly to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur (but it still takes 30 hours to walk). The room also has a welcome dessert of Madeleine pastries on the first day, which is very heartwarming.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a subway station diagonally opposite. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Opera House. If you can walk, you can walk to the Marais area in about 30 minutes. The room is spacious enough. It's a pity that one of the hotel's elevators (there are two elevators in total) stopped working the day after I checked in.

The room is quite new and the location is good, 10 minutes walk to the Paris Opera and 25 minutes to the Louvre. The elevator in the hotel is also very interesting, and the overall is good.

Advantages: 1. Transportation: 450 meters to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, very convenient for shopping 2. Room: The twin room is written as 21 square meters, but it actually feels quite large, easily able to fit two 28-inch suitcases without affecting the room's movement. The brand of shampoo and shower gel is good and easy to use. It comes with coffee capsules and two bottles of drinking water. 3. Good service 4. The decoration is quite exquisite, and the bedding is comfortable 5. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, very convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The water pressure in the toilet is slow, and you have to wait for the water to come up for continuous flushing. 2. The restaurant is very beautiful, but unfortunately compared to the dozens of hotels of the same price in Europe, this hotel has fewer breakfast categories, and there is nothing I like. There are also few fresh fruit choices. If I stay again in the future, it is more cost-effective not to choose a room with breakfast.

I booked a twin room and checked in at 9pm. The bed was made into a single bed. The front desk said there was nothing we could do. It was very noisy facing the street. The front desk said they had handed it over to a colleague and asked them to change my room the next day, but they didn't do anything. The bathroom was draining very slowly and there was a pile of water. When I left, I asked to call a taxi. The guy didn't know what number he was calling for a long time. In the end, he said he couldn't call a taxi. I almost missed my flight. The service was very speechless. I strongly don't recommend it.

The hygiene is poor, and there are black stains on the quilt that have not been cleaned. The hotel must be checked in at 2 o'clock, and I was still told to wait until 2 o'clock when I arrived at 1 o'clock. The location is good, less than 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette, and I booked this hotel just for shopping

I didn’t expect that the bathroom in this hotel actually has a window. It’s really a great experience. The old-fashioned elevator has a sense of age and is convenient for travel. The subway is just across the street downstairs. It takes a 5-minute walk to go to Galeries Lafayette. There are many restaurants nearby. Yes, the hotel should have been renovated and the bedding is okay. It is worth staying again.
