Very pleasantly surprised by how great the stay was! The hotel is in a fantastic location. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. Has everything we needed for the stay. Kind to the environment and provides all the guests need for a great stay. Would come back here again and maybe upgrade to a bigger room next time! The classic room we stayed in was clean and not too small at all but we'd go for a better view next time.

We stayed one night with my husband, and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well located and in a calm street, close to the Champs- Elysées The bedroom was very clean, and comfy. The staff was very lovely and always happy to help! I really recommend this hotel !

The breakfast is rich, there are many restaurants around, and there is a subway station nearby, which is convenient for traveling! The Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance. The front desk service attitude is very good. I will continue to stay next time 🌸🌸🌸

The hotel is in a very good location, about 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe. There is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, and there are supermarkets, pharmacies and subway stations nearby, all within a 10-minute walk. The surrounding streets are also safe and clean. The hotel's elevator space is larger than expected, and the rooms are not small either. What's more, there are free coffee, chocolate and boiled water at the reception, which are available 24 hours a day. The service is also very good! I will book again next time I come to Paris!

The hotel is very close to the metro station and is a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and then the Champs Elysees. Enjoy the free coffee, tea bags and small cakes in the hotel lobby, as well as free Paris maps, which are worth a thumbs up. There is also a 24-hour large drugstore and McDonald's nearby. There is a delicious crepe shop nearby that serves Xi'an gourmet roujiamo for breakfast, which is very delicious 😋! Room: The mattress and pillows are moderate, not too soft and not too hard. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. However, please note that the room is very small and has only a small table, so you can't put many things on it. In addition, the refrigerator is very small, and when it is full of drinks, there is not much space for your own refrigerated items.

First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

Had a great time, everything was nice except the shower, somehow it made loud noises wheni turned the water on but well aside from that it was ok

When I was looking for a hotel to stay at, I was confused by the small rating. I don't understand who gives low marks to this hotel, but I guess the competitors are .We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the experience is very-very good. It is very difficult to find such perfect location for such low price.Every day when you leave the hotel and look to the right -you can see the Arc de Triomphe😍Now you can understand how convenient the location is. The rooms are small, but the hotel is very beautiful, with a fresh renovation. The administrators are polite. If I return to Paris, now I know where I will stay 100%
