clean, cosy, quiet except the musical festival, convenient to any places.
Only complain is the first day when checked in, they didn't register my breakfast, and the young guy double checked with the manager, and confirmed my room fare iregister the breakfast.
the First day, staff in the restaurant checked with me for a while, then let me in. The last day,
they still checked me and let me stay there to wait the confirmation, that was the 4th day I stayed there! Unbelievable, no any coordination between the team!

The time we were there was short, but very pleasant! The studio is very clean and comfortable, close to the main points I needed. The service was very good, the staff were attentive and kind. The only thing I missed was basic hygiene items, such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I return to Paris I will consider staying there again.

Decent hotel - fine for the price but not really a 4 star hotel in my opinion.
Location was alright. It’s relatively easy to get there (10 min walk from the metro, at the end of the 4 Porte de Clignancourt line) but it’s not really by anything in itself and environment was not nice.
For my room, size was adequate but was pretty basic and cleanliness left a little to be desired (there was a random long hair on my towel?).
Staff is nice and helpful though.

The staff at reception desk is really nice and helpful. The room is clean and looks good but there are too few sockets. The door at the toilet cannot be locked, which was a bit convenient.

My double bed comprised two single beds. The zip that joined the mattresses together was broken and I found the beds kept separating. I didn’t bother to say anything as I was only there for two nights and discovered the issue on night two.
Room was a bit small, but I think this relatively normal for hotels in Paris. Location close to Moulin Rouge.
Staff were reactive and friendly,

The furnishings may be stylish, but unfortunately, my room smelled musty from the bathroom. The minibar, for which you pay a 50 EUR deposit, only had two cans of Coke, not even water. Coffee capsules weren't refilled on the second day. Cleaning staff came to my room before check-out time on the day of check-out. This shouldn't happen, neither to the departing guest nor to the next. The departing guest doesn't want anyone to disturb them unnecessarily, and the new guest wants a freshly made room. The cleaning staff only left the room after being asked three times to give me a chance to pack my suitcase. While the beautiful area around Abbesses is an easy walk away, the location between two sex shops is simply unpleasant. Although the note in the room said you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room, the receptionist told me there was no breakfast. The elevator only goes up to the 1st floor. The reception staff were friendly.

The hotel was OK given the price. I was told it was newly renovated and the room size was decent. It was very near the metro station, and there were convenient shops all around, so location was good. Only downside was breakfast wasn't included, but I was able to get breakfast easily from the cafes next to it. Service was relatively OK too given that it was only a 3-star hotel. Staff was mostly quite polite and helpful. Lift was very small but at least it landed on every floor. The lights in the corridor was on power saving mode and kept switching off automatically after a short while, maybe less than 1 minute, so you need to keep pressing on the switch if you need to wait for the lift.

I didn't make any request for a special room, but the room was very clean and spacious with the top floor + terrace.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, so it is convenient when staying with multiple people. All the staff are kind and the English is perfect.
You can have a separate paid breakfast in the breakfast room. Also, if you are a guest, you can drink coffee and hot chocolate on the machine for free, so I am very grateful. There is also a vending machine in front of the elevator.
The view from the room I stayed in is good, and the Eiffel Tower is also visible from the rooftop.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, Cafe de Doo Moulin (so-called Ameli Cafe), the nearest metro station and Pharmacy. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Sacre Cool Temple.
If you stay near Montmartre again, I would like to use it.

Small but very functional room. Had a kettle, TV and wardrobe with safe. Location is a couple of minutes walk to a Metro station, there's a Super U and a Boulogurie within a couple of minutes as well. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Would definitely come back and recommend

”I found the hotel a bit challenging to locate due to its small and inconspicuous sign; a larger and clearer sign would greatly improve accessibility. Once inside, I found the rooms to be on the smaller side, but they were nicely appointed and provided a cozy atmosphere.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a pleasant surprise of coffee and small pieces of cake, a thoughtful gesture by the hotel staff. Speaking of the staff, the reception service was exceptional; they were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.
However, there was an issue with my room. Despite booking the cheapest private room, I encountered some wood pieces in the roof with termites. Unfortunately, a few fell onto the bed and coffee table during my stay. This is a serious concern that the hotel administrator needs to address urgently.
Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positive aspects of the hotel, such as the welcoming reception service and nice amenities, outweighed the negatives. With improvements to signage and urgent attention to maintenance issues, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests.”

YYixuanThe hotel facilities are new, clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and friendly, and the location is very good. There are many delicious restaurants, cafes and bars at the door. It is a good choice to walk to the Sacred Heart Church at night to see the night view.

NNicolas PedrazziniWe were given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was exceptional. The only drawback was that upon checking out, we were told the room wasn't paid for, even though we had prepaid for it months before. Aside from that, everything was incredible.

SSai KitOne of the cheapest accommodations during the Olympics. It also included breakfast. The breakfast included croissants and cereal, orange juice and hot drinks. It was very good. There was a shower room in the room and the toilet outside the room. I stayed in a multi-person room, but it was single. Bed, nice.

GGuest UserNice hotel. Quite far from the tourist district but easily accessible by Metro. Main bed was comfy but sofa bed wasn't as good. AC was very welcome because of the heatwave when we were there. All staff were great but the young female at the front desk was fantastic - extra friendly and helpful - patiently answered many of our questions and gave recommendations of amenities near the hotel. Area north across the main road was sketchy and I wouldn't recommend being out alone late at night, but the hotel was right by the Metro stop and we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserA nice little hotel. I lived in a single room, the area is certainly very small, in the shower smelled of sewage, quite strong, but in the room - no. Because of the small area of the hotel, it is hear a lot what happens in the corridor, especially in the morning when people evict. But that is expected.
Bed is comfortable, in the room is a lot of books, interesting. The location is good and the area is classy, walking is very cool. Going alone - it wasn't scary :)
On the day of expulsion left things in the hotel for a few hours, on the first floor there is where to change before departure, very convenient.
For a few days, I liked it, but the number would take more.

GGuest UserClean, spacious, and quiet room.
Bus line nearby, but be careful if the match is in the evening, the bus line is unavailable, meaning you'll have to walk more than a mile back.

GGuest UserIn fact, the service attitude and the location of the hotel are quite good, that is, the room is super super super small.
The two big boxes in the double room are spread out, there is basically no place to settle down haha

MMitch-Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for.
Location is not great, it is a very deprived area with a lot of homeless people on the streets and quite unclean. Would not recommended for solo travellers.
Hotel itself was pretty basic no kettle or hairdryer in the room but the staff were friendly and helpful.

GGuest Userroom is ok
However, due to the location, it is a bit far from what to earn in Paris, so it is easy, but it is good because it is close to the train, and above all, the people are friendly.
