Yerevan Hotels with Parking

The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of Vernissage and Republic Square. It's a very quiet place, which is a big plus. We've stayed in a large hotel nearby in the same area before. There's a good Carrefour supermarket right next door that has everything you need and is open until 2 AM. The staff are pleasant, and the lobby is nice. The room itself is no-frills but comes with a kitchenette, which is super convenient for grabbing a snack or enjoying some wine. It has a microwave, fridge, kettle, washing machine, TV, safe, slippers, hairdryer, dental kit, shampoo, gel, and soap in dispensers. There's also a mini-bar available for an extra charge. It's clean, tidy, and everything is white. Breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee, but we preferred exploring the restaurants, which is a special pleasure in Yerevan. I recommend it for all independent travelers.

Five stars across the board! Excellent location, fantastic pool and spa, and a courteous, attentive staff. I had a wonderful birthday celebration in Yerevan. Upon check-in, I received a room upgrade and a delicious cake as a birthday treat. It was a delightful surprise that made my birthday truly special.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

It's a place that you often tie when you go on a business trip. Great location and friendly staff.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Don’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

Needed a place to stay last minute as my previously booked hotel canceled the reservation. My flight got delayed and I only got to this hotel in the early morning, it was no problem for them. The manager was great, very welcoming, I didn't even know that there was breakfast included and a pool before he told me! Location is also amazing, not so far from a really great viewpoint. Would love to stay for more nights if they had free rooms for one more night, was very sad to leave. Only issue for me was no socket near bed to charge my phone, or maybe I didn't find it.

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is quite a mixed bag. It's huge, and I'm sure it was luxurious back in the day. It said it was renovated, which is what drew me in. In reality, the rooms are old, and the only amenities are towels and soap. The most surprising thing was the breakfast – it would have been better if they didn't offer it at all: cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled sausages in cellophane, omelet, cheap cold cuts, and the only thing that changed was overcooked rice with carrots and buckwheat. For drinks, there was just a dispenser with hot and cold water, and instant coffee. Forget about fruits and vegetables – it's a disgrace! The lobby bar was a lifesaver. The hotel is priced a little below market, but honestly, it would be better if they charged a bit more and improved the food, or just removed it entirely so they wouldn't embarrass themselves. The staff, however, was great – kind and helpful with everything.
