Environment: The location is a bit difficult to find. It is very close to Nanchang West [I suggest you go to the North Square] and it is also very close to take a taxi after you come out. If you don’t have much luggage, you can walk here for 18 minutes. Next door is the Four Seasons. Compared with the benchmark, this one is more cost-effective. Hygiene: It feels okay. The indoor cleaning is relatively clean. It may be a newly opened hotel. I didn’t pay much attention to the public areas. Overall, it’s okay. Service: The front desk service is very high and the reception is warm. And I was given a fruit plate, so I ate it when it was hot. But it’s not very reasonable for me to take it upstairs by myself. I can’t hold it with my hands. I carry my luggage and clothes, and my mobile phone, ID card and room card. Imagine it hahahaha A bowl of noodles for two late at night: This portion is very small, you have to add salt yourself🧂 But there are beef slices. It’s okay🉑 Exclusive and caring butler service: This doesn’t feel too good, because I only did it for one night and went out. Self-service afternoon tea for two: I haven’t had time to try this yet. Facilities: Laundry room and exercise equipment on the 3rd floor (very few) There are tangerines and oranges available in the lobby Overall: Good value for money.

Breakfast is good. Location is near to Nanchang West Railway station. Smart TV can cast from smartphone.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

The room is nice and clean, but the sewer smell is too strong. You can smell it as soon as you enter the room. Fortunately, the room is equipped with an air purifier. For some reason, this Atour room does not come with drip coffee, only tea. The breakfast is good. It is on the 21st floor. There is a river view and delicious food. There are many kinds of coffee. You can also pack the ground coffee to take away. Next door is the MixC, which is convenient for shopping and eating. Further away is the Nanchang Star and the Ferris Wheel. The hotel also gives a cocktail, which can be collected on the day of check-in. It is in the bar on the 21st floor. The atmosphere of the bar is also very good👍 If the smell problem is solved, I would still like to stay here next time.

Butler 橘子 is very attentive. Room first given to us is without fridge call and they have ran out of fridge so they upgraded our room. Very convenient as most services are till late n laundry is free and 24hours. One thing bad is the scent of the hotel and pillows overly soft. Room is definitely clean

Lot: It is within a 10-15 minute walk from Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, which is very convenient. health: The hotel is very clean, comfortable and reassuring staff: Enthusiastic service, warm attitude, proactive, and very qualified facility: The public facilities of the hotel are very good, and the layout is practical and warm. The shortcoming is - the sound insulation between rooms (especially between the bathroom in the next room) is too poor. Speech, breathing, and exhaust can all be heard one by one. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve this. Meals: The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel with a price tag of about 500 yuan, and you can tell that they put a lot of thought into it. Finally, I would like to thank the service staff again for their excellent service. It is you who have made up for the regret caused by the hotel's lack of sound insulation hardware! You are the hotel’s greatest pride!

Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back.

The hotel is generally in the old style, with a very good location, surrounded by the lake, very beautiful on sunny days, not noisy at night, very comfortable to rest on a business trip, the front desk environment is very good, the service staff are polite, the standard is much higher than the general hotels in Nanchang, parking is more convenient, I will come again next time, I hope the hotel business is prosperous

It's worth staying in such a hotel at this price! The room is spacious and bright, the WiFi is fast, and the bathroom is reasonably designed with dry and wet separation. The front desk responds quickly 24 hours a day and also upgrades the room type for free. The king of cost-effectiveness, highly recommended

The room was very comfortable and we were upgraded to a room type. The lady at the front desk was very attentive and the service was very enthusiastic. Any problems will be solved immediately. And traveling around the hotel is also super convenient. The subway is about 100 meters away. The room is very clean, and there is also a fruit delivery service, which is really thoughtful.
