GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

Their hospitality was truly exceptional—they were always ready to help with anything I needed, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my stay was as seamless as possible. The residence itself is charming and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. What truly stood out, though, was the genuine care and attention from the owners. They made me feel like a valued guest, and their positive energy added so much to my stay. I highly recommend Shunan Zhuhai Xiuzhu Pingzhuang Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to returning in the future!

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

GGuest UserI was very happy with my stay at this hotel. I used to pass by Minjiang Bridge quite often and see it, and heard it had been recently renovated. So, my partner and I decided to try it out for our anniversary. The overall decor and hardware facilities are very complete. As soon as we entered the hotel, we could feel the Christmas atmosphere. When we checked in, they gave us Christmas candy 🍫 and 'peace apples' 🍎, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious, I recommend everyone try it. The room has complimentary pour-over coffee; I didn't know how to brew it, so I asked a staff member to help me, which I really appreciate. Also, I ordered a lot of late-night takeaways, and they were all delivered by a robot – a dream come true for introverts! When we checked out, they even gave us a set of toiletries, saying they were from Peter Thomas Roth, for us to take home and try. They are truly so thoughtful, which is why I've written so much – I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Service: The store is warm and sincere, and they also provide pick-up and drop-off, which is comparable to the service of a five-star hotel. Environment: The guest rooms are clean and tidy, the mattresses and pillows are moderately soft and hard, the environment is quiet, and you can see the stars in the sky at night. Catering: There are various choices of dishes, including spicy and non-spicy, and the prices are favorable. Especially their shredded chicken with fresh shredded bamboo shoots, which is tender and refreshing. Their homemade dried bamboo shoots are bright and crispy, without any added natural food. I took some back to give to my friends.

The location of the hotel is simply invincible, the transportation is more convenient than you can imagine, the high-speed rail station is very close, and various modes of transportation greatly facilitate itinerary arrangements. The hotel environment is impeccable, the public areas are spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, and the quality is reflected in the details. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. The scenery outside the window is breathtaking, which makes people feel happy instantly during a tiring journey. This hotel is worth recommending!

OOtautahianI chose this hotel for its location in the old town. There is a snack street nearby plus lots of small restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to 合江门/ Hejiangmen. Breakfast and room were fine for this price point. Two things to note: 1. The main entrance was a little hard to see at first, you need to pass through what looks like a clothes shop first (see my photos) 2. Foreigners need to fill in an additional paper for at check in, including a contract person who can vouch for you in China. The hotel actually did call my contact person, to confirm I had entered China on the date and at the port I had declared to them at check in. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the balcony had a small table, very comfortable, the mountain was outside the window, the scenery was good, very close to the forgetful valley and the museum, a few minutes away, very good. The boss is very warm, the service is very thoughtful, it is recommended.
