Zhangzhou Hotels with Parking

"Over the years I have stayed a number of times at Crowne Plaza. It 's very good option if staying downtown, especially it just several minutes from Wanda plaza. The hotel is located close to where we need to be and the we love the rate for breakfast and parking. The hotel staff Cythina was friendly and helpful to handle my booking. Will be back again for future visit in Zhangzhou and recommend this place!"

"This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep."

"The hotel is in a good location, on the main road, surrounded by government schools and a lot of delicious food. It's not very close to the ancient city, about 15 minutes walk. If it's not a holiday, it should be smoother. Breakfast is a highlight, high quality, fresh ingredients, and many local specialties, which change every day. The service is also very considerate, and you can see the hotel's intentions. The only drawback is that the toilet flush is not very smart, a little stuck, try a few more times to find the trick. In addition, the nearby women's volleyball stadium is under construction, and there is still noise at night."

"I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel."

"Hygiene: The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the shower and dry and wet separation is also very convenient, the smart home is also very convenient, and there are many smart TVs, the first choice for leisure and vacation Environment: It is surrounded by the Tanzhou Ancient City Commercial Street, where it is very convenient to buy food and play. "Upon arriving at the Xiyue Minnan Courtyard Hotel, I was greeted with great hospitality. As I was unfamiliar with the surroundings just after getting off the car, my Driver called the Hotel for assistance. The Hotel is located inside a PEDESTRIAN ZONE. Shortly after the call, Siao Dong came to my drop-off point to help me with my luggage and assisted me to check in. She also carried my Baggage to My Room 2303 at Level 3 as there is no Lift Facility here. I thanked here very much as I would have problems carrying my Baggage as I am over 77 years of age. This Ancient City is truly a wonderful place, and the hotel environment is quite pleasant as well. There are lots of variety of local food and snacks. The Hotel also assisted to book a Group Tour to visit Nanjing Toulou and a Private to Fujian Toulou. Also arranged for my private transport by Car to my Hotel in Xiamen."

"On the first night of staying at the hotel, my neck and arms were extremely itchy and had rashes. At first I thought it was due to acclimatization or allergies to something I ate. I was itchy for two days after staying there. After returning to Shanghai, I went to the hospital and the result was that I was bitten by bed bugs, also known as bed bugs. I was very depressed. I have been staying at Atour for so many years because of its cleanliness, hygiene and high cost-effectiveness. I hope this hotel can carefully disinfect the mattress and bedding. Being bitten by bed bugs is really itchy!"

"The hotel is the first choice for quality travel. The hotel lobby is very grand. The lobby assistant manager Xiao Chen is beautiful and generous. The service is warm and thoughtful, and also very professional. The room has good lighting, bright and very clean. Staying in this hotel made me feel the warmth of home~ I learned that my birthday was coming soon, and they also prepared the room and cake attentively. I like the attentive service 👍Next to it is Nanshan Temple and Nanhu Park. The beautiful scenery cultivates the body and mind. I will definitely come again next time!"

"This is an old hotel with a very convenient location. It is not far from the ancient city, just a few hundred meters away. There are many places to eat nearby. There is a seafood restaurant that is doing very well. The service desk staff are very good and enthusiastic. It is worth staying."

"優點：1.酒店新，設施新，檔次高，入住沒什麼異味； 2.這個價位這個住宿條件，性價比還是很高的； 3.有帶小朋友，入住送了個小玩偶； 4.有冰箱自帶飲料，咖啡，茶葉，還有4支礦泉水都免費提供，洗髮水、潤髮乳、沐浴露都是全新包裝的。 不足：1.下午2點50到店辦理入住，前台衹給出一間房，另外一間解釋説衞生搞不出來，預計還要1個小時。因為我是提前1周在攜程全款下單預訂2間房，酒店就應該就已付款房間提前清掃並進行保留，而不是客人到了後解釋衞生搞不過來，讓客人等房間。 2.辦理入住時間過長，2間房手續差不多花了快20分鐘，辦理過程中，我還在櫃枱等，來了個客人扔了張房卡進去，前台就給他辦退房拿停車卡什麼的，完全不顧服務順序，太不專業。 3.進房間沒有看到入住歡迎水果，和同層工作人員説了，對方説馬上安排，幾個小時回來還是沒有，最後是打前台電話，才安排送了水果。這個不應該是確認入住，就同步通知送水果嗎，還要聯繫2次才有。 4.衞生間垃圾桶沒有套袋也沒有蓋子，在一個密閉空間，時間長了垃圾桶裏異味沖出來真的很失分~ 5.酒店新裝修的，窗户在側面，衹能開小縫隙，夜間睡覺會有明顯的裝修異味，甲醛、膠水的酸臭味比較重 6.當日室温24.5攝氏度，因為房間不通風，室內悶熱，結果開冷氣衹出常温風，熱出一身汗，但是暖氣又是正常的~ 7.攜程訂房帶自助早餐是加69元/人，由於當時不確定行程安排，沒有選擇早餐，後到店諮詢前台説是要補128元/人，我説攜程訂是69元/人，前台又改口説前台現場訂是80多，我説能按攜程價格給嗎，前台來了句現場訂80多，要不你也可以自己出去體驗下漳州的早餐~當時那個語氣是有點嗆人的，讓人聽起來就很不舒服。 PS：看到很多攜程網友評價，有説收到早餐券，帶小朋友的還升級了房型，遺憾一個都沒趕上~ 總體來説，硬件條件挺好，軟件服務還是要跟上，裝修異味還是要想辦法驅除一下~"
