RRICHARDHampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend.

GGuest UserWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

TTboneVery nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

GGuest UserLovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

AAshish444Reception and breakfast staff were excellent. Our family room (Ken dodd) was very big and comfortable. We also enjoyed the english breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. 3 star celebrity theme hotel is a little bit outdated but maintained very nicely, clean, and will definitely recommend and visit again.
