GGuest UserThe room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect

GGuest UserGreat location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite! The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night. I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic. However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!

AAndaz AroraOverall stay was nice in this apartments. The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day. Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.

GGuest UserNice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel was lovely. Room was very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The only negative thing I will say is that we were in the annex not the main hotel and the main doors and lift were out of order. Apart from that our stay was very nice.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, domestic three-star level, but still clean and tidy. very quiet. It is about 100 to 200 meters away from the sea, which is very close, but it needs to go down a small slope of about 50 meters. The weather in July is still a bit cold, and it is impossible to go to the sea. The city is very small, turn right out of the hotel for about 1 kilometer and you will see the landmark of the Ferris wheel. It is not far to go to Old harry rocks and Durdle door within half an hour and 1 hour.

HHaohanxingchenzhifuI have lived a few times because of the location. Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time Room size is small Breakfast is so-so Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs. The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep... Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok
