GGuest UserThe service from staff was excellent and very thoughtful. Food, although kaiseki, had interesting modern touches and was very good.
Pity it doesn’t have the onsen town feel of Shibu-Onsen and the like, but would recommend it for a few days stay. We’d likely return in future.

В стиле ирори, сидеть у очага приятно. Готовят при тебе на огне рыбу и мясо. Большой выбор саке. Персонал был дружелюбный, с удовольствием объясняли те или иные блюда. Онсен имеет 2 ванны: на улице открытый и закрытый, но со стеклом, где видно часть садика. Все понравилось, повторил бы снова.

CchayananThe hotel is near a bus stop, and behind it is a walkable street with many cute shops. Restaurants and tourist attractions are also very close by, but most of the restaurants are izakayas. There are not many regular restaurants. Convenience stores are about a 7-10 minute walk away. The room is spacious, but a bit old, but clean. Amenities are provided upon check-in. You can leave your luggage at the hotel. Overall, it is considered acceptable.

NNuitodayI was very impressed with my stay. The service was excellent at every point, from the valet parking staff and the front desk to the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service.
The Superior room was spacious, had a stunning view, and I especially loved that there was a massage chair in the room. The common area facilities were complete, including the onsen and foot bath. The highlight was the free ice cream before 8 pm in front of the onsen, and the seating area with a view while enjoying ice cream was fantastic.
The only minor drawback was that the bathroom in the room had a slightly unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel will check into this and improve it. If this can be fixed, it would be a perfect stay, and I would definitely return again in the future.

The hot springs were good.
The staff were friendly and impeccable.
It was a long weekend, so it was crowded with families.
There were times when the toilet lever wouldn't turn back.
Facilities are important, but Oedo Onsen has managed to survive the devilish COVID-19 pandemic.
I guess we can put up with it in order to prioritize the staff's income.
There's a wide variety of buffet dishes, so I would recommend it to families.
The location is close to both Aizuwakamatsu city and the Aizu Samurai Residences, and although it's in the mountains, it's a quiet and relaxing place.

海海外旅行初心者The building felt like an old, traditional hotel.
The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous.
The large communal baths are simple, with one indoor and one outdoor bath, as well as a sauna.
There was no switching between men and women the next day, as is common.
Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style.
Dinner and breakfast are all-you-can-drink options for those who drink alcohol.
(I don't drink alcohol personally, so I can't speak to them, but there seemed to be a wide selection. Beer, sake, sours, highballs, etc.)
Other facilities include a free karaoke room and a table tennis room.
Many people seemed to be using them.
I think this is a convenient place to stay if you're going to the Aizu Festival.

SSamurai 2016Oedo Onsen Aizu was an old hotel than I expected, and the number of meals was smaller than I expected, and the room I wanted to attach to the dinner such as mechanical drink plastmato juice and milk was old and the key was always I am very grateful that it was annoying and heating that heated the room if I didn't go out, but it was too hot to turn off the heating and it was hot and it didn't cool if I didn't open the window.
The hot springs are large, but I want you to devise more like potato washing and make the latest design. The temperature of the open-air bath is low and the hot water outlet is not hot, but the opposite of the hot spring outlet is cold outside. It was cold.
There was a very kind staff who said that the only staff was in trouble with the courtesy such as warm greetings.
I felt that Oedo Onsen Aizu would be very good if it was newly renovated.

一一人三菱商事朝食は本館で食べられます。とても量が多く、会津米がとても美味しいです。漬物とご飯とお味噌汁だけでも充分なほどお米が美味しい。
お餅が朝から提供されていて、ずんだ、納豆、きな粉など種類も豊富です。お餅とお茶だけでも十分過ぎる程のボリュームです。とても素朴で美味しかったです。

MMaki_0904Stayed around Aizuwakamatsu City because it was the lowest price among the inns with hot springs. It was close to the city and the open-air bath was very comfortable. I enjoyed taking a bath because there were dozens of shampoos.
It was about 7,000 yen per person with a plan that included breakfast. However, there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so be careful that you need to get off to the foot.
