AAnonymous UserThe information provided by the trip platform was wrong. I originally booked a room with a private style. When I checked-in, I was told that we didn’t book this room. It was said that the platform was wrong. Because the hotel is remote, there is no restaurant nearby. The convenience store is more than ten kilometers away. If you don't like his private style, I believe you will not consider this hotel. The hotel itself is no problem, it should be that the platform information of the trip is wrong, the picture does not match, disappointed.

GGuest UserAn old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet.

JJINGKintetsu Toba Station has an exit that is specially used for pick-up from various hotels. It is very convenient. There were several Chinese-speaking waiters in the hotel, the communication was smooth, the Japanese waiters were very enthusiastic, and I also helped print the ticket reservations I needed. Children like Japanese-style rooms, can see the sea view, dinner is a set of meals, different prices, things are different. The location of the room in Ctrip is relatively poor.

The room is very traditional Japanese style, and there are seven rooms in the homestay. Although the equipment is not new, it is very clean. The mattress on the tatami is particularly good to sleep, and the quilt is also very warm. There is also an outdoor bathing pool in the homestay, and there is also a bathtub in the room to take a bath. Everything is needed, the homestay includes breakfast and dinner (not including drinks). We stayed for two dinners and basically did not repeat. Every meal has surprises. Let alone the taste is very good, the freshness of the ingredients is enough to cover all the deliciousness. Especially his roasted salmon head. JJunichiBecause it is an old inn, about half of the beach in front of you is the area of this inn. I was able to fish as it was from the room on the first floor, had a fishing raft for myself, and there was a root of Yakusugi that said that there was only one in Japan. The building itself is old, so it smelled like the Showa era, but it would be good for those who like such an inn. The meal was very rich in seafood and I was satisfied.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English.
The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.

GGuest UserThe service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! This kind of service is definitely the worst in Japan! I was really lucky to stay for just one night!

JJeabsiriBecause the reservation is close and it is a weekend, the price is high. Therefore there are not many options. But it is better than I thought. Good service staff The room is ok, clean, good view, convenient parking. The onsen is good, both indoor and outdoor, but the floor is very slippery. Both in the pond and the walkway to take a bath. In the morning, there are alternate rooms, which is bigger and more comfortable.
