Toba Hotels with Parking

Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality that made us feel truly special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of Toba Bay. Waking up to the peaceful ocean scenery each morning was incredibly relaxing. The onsen was equally impressive—immaculately maintained, soothing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Every dish showcased the freshness of the local seafood and seasonal ingredients, with each course thoughtfully presented. Dining here wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

The hotel is very overpriced for an old facility.  We booked an oceanview room but the windows are blocked with bars and can barely be opened.  Our room on the second floor could barely see the ocean.  Furniture and decoration scream OLD.   Most front desk workers are not Japanese.  They claim to have an ”international crew” but the problem is they don't know much about Japan.  When we asked the doorman about taking trains, he didn't have a crew because he just got to Japan from another Asian country.  On the other hand, the restaurants only have Japanese workers and no one speaks English.  We booked an 8-course dinner.  The chef was going around to explain the dishes to guests but just left us when he found out we don't speak Japanese.  The menu is in Japanese only.   This hotel also charged us at 135:1 foreign exchange rate while all other hotels charged 142-144:1 JPY-USD.  It's not a foreigner friendly hotel and way overpriced for what it is.

The information provided by the trip platform was wrong. I originally booked a room with a private style. When I checked-in, I was told that we didn’t book this room. It was said that the platform was wrong. Because the hotel is remote, there is no restaurant nearby. The convenience store is more than ten kilometers away. If you don't like his private style, I believe you will not consider this hotel. The hotel itself is no problem, it should be that the platform information of the trip is wrong, the picture does not match, disappointed.

This is a hotel only five minutes from Tokuba Station. Tokuba Station has Kintetsu and JR at the same time, and there is a pier to Dolphin Island. The hotel is five minutes in the other direction of the aquarium and Zhenzhu Island. The other direction is 5 minutes, which is the main recommended restaurants on the Internet. The boss is very good. Although breakfast is not included, the boss will prepare two rice balls per person for passengers to eat on the way every morning. There are small dried fish, meat foam, dried plum, dried plum and other flavors. Every day lunch is solved by this rice ball. The room helped me upgrade all to a room with a separate bathroom. There is a bath on the top floor. Except for weekends, I am the only one who is soaking, it is simply a private soup.

The view from the bath was great. The breakfast was also substantial and delicious. Compared to other luxury inns, it is reasonably priced, but the service and facilities were satisfactory enough to make me wonder how low the score on Google Maps was. I would like to stay again if I have another chance.

Because the reservation is close and it is a weekend, the price is high. Therefore there are not many options. But it is better than I thought. Good service staff The room is ok, clean, good view, convenient parking. The onsen is good, both indoor and outdoor, but the floor is very slippery. Both in the pond and the walkway to take a bath. In the morning, there are alternate rooms, which is bigger and more comfortable.

There were not many rooms, so there was no congestion and the hot springs were put slowly. I don't know what I'm talking about, but I can hear the voice of the next room, the sound of the dryer, etc.

There are so many kinds of dishes that I can't eat. and it was a wonderful dish that looked beautiful. The staff 々 was all feeling good and crisp The bath was both open-air and indoor, and the skin was smooth, and even when I returned to the room, my body was always warm. The room was calm as HP and the view from the window was good

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the bus stop, and only a few steps to the beach. They have free shuttle bus from the hotel to Toba station at 9.00 and 10 a.m. The staff are accommodating and some speak some English. The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.

Because it is an old inn, about half of the beach in front of you is the area of this inn. I was able to fish as it was from the room on the first floor, had a fishing raft for myself, and there was a root of Yakusugi that said that there was only one in Japan. The building itself is old, so it smelled like the Showa era, but it would be good for those who like such an inn. The meal was very rich in seafood and I was satisfied.
