The front desk staff, restaurant crew, cleaning team, and everyone else were all incredibly friendly! The hotel has an old-money vibe, with sculptures and marble floors/walls that are exceptionally well-maintained. The greenery is abundant, and there's a path leading down to a hiking trail and the beach. The breakfast is incredibly rich and high-quality, and in the evenings, there's a live band by the pool. If I visit Jeju again, I'd definitely choose this hotel. (You can swap your breakfast reservation for the lunch buffet, which is also excellent, but you need to inform the front desk in advance to make the change.)

Choosing this hotel for our family trip with the kids was definitely the right decision. The room was quite clean and a decent size, and the bed was comfortable for our two-night stay. The resort has everything you need: dining, a gym, a swimming pool, a water park, a playground, a convenience store, and even a duty-free shop. There's no need to leave unless you really want to, and if you do, taxis are readily available. Just a heads-up, the hotel is located on the southwest side of Jeju Island, so it's a bit far if you're planning to explore the eastern part.

Guest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

I checked into the hotel on a day affected by the outer bands of a typhoon. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the enormous glass wall. The infinity pool downstairs seemed to stretch endlessly, almost connecting with the sea. My room faced the ocean and had a balcony, offering a perfect view of the churning typhoon waves. The soundproofing of the glass doors and windows was excellent; as soon as they were closed, the howling wind outside instantly disappeared.
The staff were all very professional, and there were Chinese-speaking employees in various departments. The food and desserts at the restaurant and bakery were delicious. After 7 PM every night, the pastries at the patisserie would go on sale, with quality guaranteed.
I also enjoyed walking along the seaside promenade outside the hotel. The path was well-paved and connected to other hotels. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The hotel was quite good, the room was clean, however, there is no desk, which was not convenient. Cleanliness was good, we had an ocean view room, the view was great. We didn’t try the breakfast however it’s available for you if you choose it. There is a coffee machine downstairs with some tables to drink it. The reception staff is nice.

robjoeolTwin room was comfortable and had everything provided (towels, toiletries, water). Wifi was fast. The pillows were too soft for my taste.
Keep in mind that this hotel does not have a reception for the majority of the day. You must use an electronic kiosk to check in. It was fine for me, but there isn't an ability to extend your stay. I had to contact the staff by chat.
I did my laundry elsewhere as machines only accept domestic cards (no cash).

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Blue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and wellequipped, great value for the price. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation.
Waking up to the sunrise and ocean view from the balcony was truly the highlight of my stay. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the calm side of Jeju.

Guest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay.
A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views.
From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt.
Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there.
Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).

Hels11Good location, parking close by as well as some parking at the hotel. The rooms were clean (bathroom could do with a bit of renovation), comfortable and spacious. The cleaning is every 3 days but fresh water and towels given everyday. We had a kitchen in our room but no way of utalising it as there were no pots, pans or cutlery.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Seogwipo. This time, I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, but as soon as I got off the elevator, the entire hallway reeked of body odor, which made me feel nauseous. The smell did eventually dissipate, but it was quite unpleasant. I hope they improve the ventilation in the hallways on each floor next time. On another note, the breakfast buffet seemed much more simplified than my previous stays, which was a bit disappointing.
