Almaty Hotels with Parking

It was my first time staying here. I saw that the ratings online were pretty good, so I decided to try it out. It was worth the trip! ! As soon as I got off the bus, I didn’t know how to get to the hotel because I couldn’t speak the language, so I contacted the owner of the B&B! He helped us get a taxi back to the B&B. The location of the B&B is quite close to the places we want to visit. Because we couldn’t register for the taxi app here, the owner helped us! ! ! For dinner in the evening, the owner took a taxi to and from us, and recommended us very delicious food🫶🏻 Shoulder all requests, super enthusiastic～～The room is clean and comfortable, and the bed in the room is very good. You can pet cats in the yard! There are also cherries to eat～ The place to live is very safe, with an independent yard, a gym, and a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself

I am a solo traveller and it was my first time to travel to Almaty. I have no other words to describe my stay at this hotel aside from being exceptional. My room was big, there was also heated floor which countered the chilly winter days during my stay, daily room cleaning and the foods at the cafe especial bfast buffet were amazing and filling!!!! Special mention to all the staff there that welcomed me warmly most especially Yeldoz and the others who were very kind and friendly. The hotel is only an hour of walking from the famous tourist spots like Ascendant Cathedral, Panfilov, etc. And I recommend you to walk from the hotel to the aforementioned tourist spots beautiful you will be amazed by the views while walking 🫶🫶🫶 Again thankful and so lucky to have stayed at this hotel and met the kindest people here!!!

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

«Excellent apartment with a great view and a caring host!» We stayed in this complex (Raiymbek district), and everything was perfect. The host explained everything very thoroughly and clearly: she sent us the PIN codes for all the doors, the geolocation, and the Wi-Fi passwords. Check-in was smooth, even with the language barrier – she communicated in both Russian and English. Apartment 120-2 (12th floor) is amazing! The view from the window is stunning, everything is very clean, and it has a modern renovation. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and you feel safe (intercoms, codes). I will definitely come back!

I recently stayed at Hotel Almaty for 5 days and 4 nights and it was a great base for exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it very convenient to visit major attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and the pedestrian areas of Almaty. My room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful mountain view from my room. Waking up each morning to see the majestic mountains in the distance was a wonderful experience and made my stay even more memorable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job throughout my stay, ensuring that the room remained spotless and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day and the hotel staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Hotel Almaty to anyone visiting the city. The combination of its excellent location, comfortable rooms and stunning mountain views adds on to a fantastic experience. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Almaty.

Perfect stay at the Novotel city centre, upon checking in Armand at reception noticed it was my daughter’s birthday few days ago so he gave my daughter & son as toy gift which was very sweet! The hotel has decent clean rooms & it’s in the perfect location, the Koke tobe cable carts are next door & Dostyk mall is a 15mins walk away. The hotel had a great breakfast spread with fresh pastries and a variety of food choices, lunch & dinner menu can be improved a little but still ok it just has a limited variety. Unfortunately, the pool & spa was under maintenance so was not open so we couldn’t use. Also thanks to Armand we got a late check out for both our rooms! A very nice jolly chap!

The hotel completely lives up to its name – it's incredibly cozy, I'd even say home-like. The staff treats you like family, very sweet and pleasant. I especially remember the security guard who helped with luggage in the rain, leaving a very positive impression. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is thorough. The location is also very convenient – about a 10-15 minute walk to the center. The breakfasts are good too, with plenty of choices and everything delicious. Excellent value for money, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This Chinese business hotel is decent overall. The location is quite convenient, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was very much to our Chinese taste, with a good variety, including hot congee, which made for a very comfortable meal. The biggest drawback was the terrible soundproofing, which made our stay quite annoying. Every night around 10 or 11 PM, there would always be inconsiderate guests shouting and chatting loudly in the corridor, completely disregarding others' rest. In the mornings, various noises would start early, making it impossible to get good sleep. I honestly suggest the hotel put up ”no loud noise” signs in the hallways and manage guests a bit more in the evenings. Otherwise, no matter how good the breakfast is, with all this noise, the overall guest experience is really diminished.
